However, as a former Hilton employee (having worked at Hampton’s on the West Coast), I was disappointed to come down into the lobby for a cup of coffee at 10PM due to my work schedule to find the 24hr coffee pots at subpar temperatures— which is a HUGE no-no on the front desk’s behalf, as the meters should always be monitored and replaced if the containers are no longer providing hot coffee, regardless of the hour. Additionally, for the price point, why are the washer and dryer on the property still out of order? What is management doing charging their rate when a few of the amenities (like the pool and the washer/dryer) are not available to their guests? My company uses this property often and this is the second time the washer and dryer are still “out of order”. It is a huge disappointment for traveling workers! I will be writing to corporate directly in the hopes that this issue is finally resolved in a more timely manner.

Hotel was clean, very good breakfast, great location! When we were checking out staff at the front asked how was everything, we are pleased.
