This lady is not friendly, which is a requirement when dealing with the public. I believe that she may not want to work front desk because of her rude and know it all attitude. Please have a word of coaching with her, this employee was working on Christmas night. The gentleman on duty is very friendly and welcoming.

We spend over half of our lives in hotels because of our work and this hotel knows how to do it right. The rooms are always clean and quiet. The front desk staff is always friendly. Shout out to Manager Leilani. Assistant Manager Michael. And, especially Veronica and Sophia at the front desk. We don’t know all of the employees names but everyone is kind and friendly. Thank you all.
