    Arrived in Charlotte for an event on Saturday afternoon only to find myself and ten other families crowded in the lobby waiting for their rooms to be ready, with no timeline or customer service provides by hotel management onsite. Would definitely not recommend staying at this establishment or any other Maya Hotels.
