    While I was grateful for the last minute accommodations, this room was not clean. The shower was dirty, there was hair on the walls and a dirty wash cloth was still in there. The bathroom floor had a bunch of hair on it. There were fingernail (and maybe toenail) clippings on both the tile floor and the carpet area. It was too late to change rooms, and I needed to go to sleep. But I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. When we told the front desk, all we got was a "I'm sorry" as they proceeded to charge our card for checkout. While the staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good, this was just a disappointing experience compared to our normal Hampton Inn experience.

    Not sure how this place got 4.5 stars, but we just checked out and I was disgusted by how dirty our room was. There were toenail clippings on the bathroom floor, hair in the shower, and a washcloth left from the last guest was still in the shower. We got in super late and had already unpacked, so I was too tired and annoyed to ask for a new room. Thankfully I travel with Lysol wipes and spray and literally cleaned the bathroom myself. I usually love Hampton Inns, but was so turned off by this one. If you do have to stay here, check the bathrooms before unpacking so you can easily pack up and request a new room.
