For me this place was nice due to the staff. Rooms: the bed was lumpy, squeaked, and felt like it was time to switch out the mattress. The a/c was acting weird and was not staying on the temperature that I set. The coffee maker was ok. I would say that the carpet, walls, and windows need a little bit of TLC.
Service: The service members of this location were awesome. Even when they were frustrated or having a bad day as soon as a customer walked up they put on a friendly face and helped without letting the customer feel the negative. Plus they were friendly to talk with and felt welcoming.
Location: For me this place was in the right place and made it comfortable to get to all locations that I needed to get to.
Overall I would say it's a good place except the price, but that is just me.

Extremely disappointing experience. The night manager, Frenchie, was rude, unhelpful, and very unprofessional. I had a simple reservation misunderstanding, and instead of trying to assist or find a solution, she offered no help at all and spoke to me disrespectfully. Because of her attitude, I ended up having to drive home late at night instead of staying as planned. Definitely not the kind of service you expect from a hotel — I won’t be returning and don’t recommend dealing with her.

Im only staying here tonight because my jobsite is close by. I will not be staying here again. My 6th floor window is spider cracked, it smells like pee, the AC is VERY loud. Find somewhere else to stay.

Came to Charlotte for Family weekend
UNC-Charlotte, hotel location was in the perfect spot. However, the room was dirty had food on the floor. It has a razor top in the shower. The water wasn’t hot. The iron was broken,invisible food splattered on the wall. when reported to the front desk, they did not have another unit to put my family in and housekeeping will not be in until the next day. They can only clean until later that day because it wasn’t on the schedule. Sunday morning check out no adjustment was made to my bill. I had to explain everything to the clerk at the desk and she mad the appropriate adjustment. I realize before we got on the road that I maybe left my beat headphones in the room. That whole experience went left. Very bad experience Too much to type.
