The rooms provided sufficient space to accommodate six boys under the age of ten along with three adults. However, if comfort, tranquility, and a peaceful stay are your priorities, it is advisable to consider alternative accommodations.
The beds are very uncomfortable And there's no ventilation in the room. When you take a shower the hot air just sits in the space which is odd. And if you want breakfast, make sure you're there very very early. We made the poor decision of going in around 8:30 a.m. And it was like a zoo, a herd of cows going through non-existent line. They never turned on the waffle makers, so that was something the kids got excited about and then we had to tell. No just put them in the back if you can't use him that day. There were plugs right there where we were all trying to plug it in and see how to turn it on. Now. This is New Year's Eve day. I would expect they were going to have a pretty big night. With that being said, they should have been stocked and staffed properly for a Holiday and a hornets game and several other activities around the city that day.
I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites downtown Charlotte NC. It was a great stay! I want to commend Ronald front desk and Steven and Marcus in valet for their professional service. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable by providing excellent customer service and great hospitality! The only complaint I had was the employee “ V “ being rude and inconsiderate. Thanks to the guys for smoothing things over! They are the best of the best! I look forward to staying in the near future.

Ron is the main reason I’m leaving a positive review. (If I’m mistaken about his name, I remember the young man being from New York.) Unfortunately, the woman who checked me in the night of my stay was unfriendly from the start. Even during check-in, her attitude was cold and unwelcoming, which immediately made the experience uncomfortable.
Later that night, I accidentally left my phone at the counter. She did not attempt to contact me or assist in returning it. When I came back for my phone and said “thank you,” her only response was “mhm,” which was also the only reaction she gave me throughout the interaction. I was polite, kind, and respectful the entire time, yet I felt dismissed and uncomfortable.
The experience the following morning was completely different. Ron was exceptional, and honestly the entire morning staff was amazing. I had an issue with valet, and everyone was patient, kind, and helpful. Ron made me feel seen and heard, was attentive, and genuinely cared about resolving my issue. He was polite and professional in every interaction.
Thank you, Ron. I usually prefer booking homes over hotels, but because of staff like you—and the kind woman working beside you that morning—I will definitely be choosing Hilton more often in the future.

First off, a shout-out to front desk clerks Ashley (check-in) and Ron (check-out). They were incredibly professional and friendly.
Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is great - close to NASCAR museum, Spectrum Center, and good restaurants. I would have given 5 stars except for the situation at the breakfast buffet. The problem is the layout. There is a narrow space for only a single line for the buffet. As you enter, there is a serve-yourself bar to your right. At the far end of the bar is an omelette service. The problem arises because guests have to stand and wait for the cooks to prepare their omelettes at the far end of the buffet, which creates a tremendous backlog and long line for those guests who only want to scoop up some eggs and bacon and toast at the first self-serve portion of bar. But they have to wait in a very long line, extending through the entire dining room, caused by the slow-moving omelette service just to access the self-serve portion of the bar. One morning, we simple left because the line was so long. As a result, we did not get the breakfast included in the room charge and had to pay for breakfast at a nearby restaurant. The solution would be to move the omelette bar to another location in the dining room. If you stay here expecting to get the free breakfast, be patient and bring something to read.

Stayed here for New Years, expecting a great experience especially for the high $ relative to nearby hotels. Ultimately left disappointed.
Our room smelled like mildew, and there weren’t any windows to air it out. There were hairs all over the bathroom and the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. No ice; no coffee.
Hotel staff was unaccommodating, pervasively unpleasant, and seemingly had zero interest in delivering any sort of premium experience. Front desk staff was curt upon check-in and check-out. I asked for a nearby dinner recommendation to which I was told to “check google.” Overnight parking is $45, which I didn’t have a problem with until it took the valet 30 minutes to pull up my car.
You can spend half to a third of the price at a different location in uptown and have a better experience. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
