Felt very unsafe due to many of the other guests on premise. Rather than finding a comfortable place to relax and rest my head, the atmosphere was toxic and anxiety inducing.

My experience here was disappointing overall. Aside from the usual issues—lackluster rooms, cleanliness concerns, and staff who seemed overwhelmed—there were also some unsettling partnerships and activities taking place on the property that made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. A hotel should make guests feel safe and relaxed, not add extra stress or uncertainty. Until they rethink the outside organizations they choose to work with and put more focus on creating a comfortable atmosphere for all guests, I won’t be staying here again.

The best staff ever! Shelley at the front desk was amazing and made our stay perfect! The bartenders were happy and friendly and the lady at the omelet station started our off day with a smile. She was singing to everyone and trying to please everyone. These people seemed to truly love their jobs and made our stay great!

Everyone was nice, and the hotel & room was clean. Location is good, but 2 bed pillows were missing upon room check-in. We called the front desk, and they brought us 2 pillows immediately. When I checked in around 10 p.m., I was told room service was available until 11 p.m., but when I called around 10:20 p.m. to order something, no one answered the phone. I called the front desk again (about room service this time), and I was told no one answered probably because they were “slammed” (busy). I also wasn’t told parking would be an additional $45. So, that was a surprise for me. In-room coffee was horrible. Breakfast was good. Overall stay was average. I didn’t think paying $376 (room, taxes, parking) for a one night stay in a queen suite was worth it at all.
