The evening reception was a great touch, and every front desk staff that I encounter was extremely professional, helpful and just down right hospitable! Special shout out to Malcolm who checked me in. He informed me of everything that I needed to know and through talking, I found out he was also from New York ( like me ). He told me he was still new to the property… but he killed it!! The restaurant had amazing wings and great burgers!

I hope I spelled their names right. I don't if Malcolm is a real person, but they checked on me both days of my stay to make sure I had all my needs met. I also have to give Ms. Karen all praises. Just found out she ran the show.She's definitely an asset to the Hilton Brand. My apologies for not remembering the bartender for this weekend's happy hour or the breakfast host and major appreciation for the guy on the omlette station. He handled that morning rush like a champ with a big smile on his face. 100% sure I'll be coming back to this property.

They are extremely attentive, and always checking to see how Im doing during my stay. Natalie, Noelle, Kasia, Aaliyah, and Karen always make my stay feel like a home away from home. Joann is also a treat to interact with during mor ing breakfast. This will always be my go-to Charlotte Hilton property

It is either new construction or newly renovated. Every member of the staff was professional and cordial and polite. The property is immaculate and beautiful when decorated for the holidays. Breakfast was the best of any Embassy Suites. I always do a cook-to-order omelette - it was perfect. The room was so comfortable. Best night's sleep I've had in a while. Slept the whole night through. We got a reservation for a friend as well, and the whole process was straightforward and easy. As Silver Hilton Honors members, we appreciated the bottled waters on our arrival. Thank you for the free parking. If you are not familiar with Ayrsley area in Charlotte (we weren't) and your GPS has a mind of its own (mind does), then it can be tricky to find the parking lot associated with this property, but it was late and we were tired. Our other guest had no difficulty finding it. Very safe area surrounding. Nice area to go for a walk. We would stay here again.
