We stayed here after a major flight delay and the hotel really looked after us. The shuttle picked us up at a horrible hour, but the staff were still so welcoming and allowed us to check in right away, which we hugely appreciated after a long journey. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. We were also able to stay in the hotel until it was time to head back to the airport, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Every member of staff we met was polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful, thank you Ahmed and Kenneth. We couldn’t fault the service. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

I can understand why the ratings are low, and it has nothing to do with the property itself or its location—it’s the customer service. I am currently still staying at this hotel, and upon arrival, the front desk representative did not greet me and was noticeably rude and dismissive. I also was not given the complimentary bag that is typically offered. Most importantly, the hotel is undergoing renovations, and there is constant noise from 7 AM to 5 PM. This was not mentioned at check-in, nor was it disclosed during the booking process. I feel we were placed directly beside or below the construction area because the noise level is extremely loud. While renovations are understandable, this information should be clearly stated on the reservation website so guests can make an informed decision before booking. At the very least, guests should be notified at check-in. If you plan to stay here, I strongly recommend calling ahead to confirm whether renovations are still ongoing.

So first of all… The second night we stayed there, we came back into the room and there was dog hair all over our sheets and bed. So we asked for a change of sheets. They said they didn’t have any, but they gave us a room upgrade. Then, several days after we left, they charged my debit card for an extra night. I tried to get in contact with them to dispute it, but I could only reach barely intelligible employees who couldn’t do anything about it. I was told several times that I would get a call back from a manager and never did. Eventually I just had to bring it up with my bank, and even then the hotel disputed it. Anyways, I sent them all the documentation I had and ended up just getting a credit from the bank until they resolve it. If you do book here, which I don’t recommend, don’t use your debit card for incidental.

I had a really good stay here and it began the moment I checked in with Sabrina in the lobby. She was friendly, welcoming and efficient. My room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I always appreciate a walk-in shower and the water pressure was great. The reason I gave four stars opposed to five was because I ate dinner in their grille the night I arrived and the steak was over-seasoned and the Brussel sprouts weren’t cooked, but I didn’t say anything and that’s on me. Based on the service I’ve received, I have no doubt they would have fixed it asap. Don’t sleep on their breakfast, I actually can’t believe it’s free. The food is good and the staff are fantastic. TLDR: comfortable, clean, quiet hotel with good service and a good value. Absolutely would stay here again.

Dirty, outdated and gross, good luck with the shuttle! We had a long layover so spent the night at this airport hotel for 1 night. Landed about 10 pm, took 1 hour for the shuttle to show up from the airport to the hotel. We crammed in and it was like the Hunger games, shuttle only fit maybe 10 people and there was at least 15 people waiting… felt bad they were out of luck because the next one probably wasn’t coming for another hour. We checked into our room, it was almost midnight and my husband stepped into this wet red puddle right by the beside. Gross!!! We asked for a new room, but the next room also had similar stains but at least they were dry! It appears to be some type of cleaning solution. Overall, this hotel is not great at all!!
