Stayed here after an unexpected flight delay. The staff were so friendly and kind - shout out to Bobby in the restaurant - his service was amazing
Thanks for turning a 20 hour delay into a far more awesome experience
Also will be thinking of those warm cookies from check in for a longtime 😂💞

It was fine. The room was clean and good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Self-parking cost $32 a day for a neighboring parking garage that is a bit of a hike and elevator ride to get to, and they charged me $30 for two burritos I came down and microwaved myself when we got back too late for other food. Things like that seem a little... excessive, but you know. The hotel was nice.

Great rooms, good beds, good shower though door was sticky.
I give it only 2* for service because Hilton charged me $36 for breakfast which would be free at any one of its competitors like Hyatt or Marriott. The actual service was good. But why charge for breakfast, that is not better than the competition. There is no omollete bar or smoked salmon or anything fancy. It is the same old chafing dishes with scrambled eggs, old bacon and sausage, and dry potatos. The same as you get for free at Marriott. Also Marriott has waffles they do not even have waffles or pancakes here.

I made a reservation for a getaway with my mom but couldn’t make it due to health reasons. I spoke with J.J. and he was able to help me with my reservation. We were under a lot of stress but he made it easy to handle without adding to the stress.
Thank you JJ

Worst place ever , there were hidden feeds they didn’t tell us about constantly trying to sell valet the parking garage situation is HORRIBLE . You had to walk across the entire hotel every time you walk to park the make you scan a new ticket at the front desk then walk to the garage scan it if it even works half the time which it didn’t we had to walk back four times and then she let someone go through who didn’t have a ticket then didn’t let us go through after we said our ticket wasn’t working even though we got it the same morning . Ignorant people . Just never again will I go here smart comments on how I should have got valet because of the walking I had to do. Literally do not go here. Never again there are better places in charlotte you can go that have way less trouble.
