Front desk and kitchen employees are incompetent. Desk was supposed to hand out gift bags to wedding party at check in, but didn't. Somehow they had the 2 of us occupying 2 rooms on our last day. They accidently erased many customers key cards during stay and had reprogram them.
Kitchen staff let food of continental breakfast run out
Room was clean. Room door was hard to open/close and had to kick it everytime we used it. Shower only had freezing cold or scalding water and bath fan didnt work. There are no refrigerators or USB ports in the rooms

Great property. Looks recently updated, staff are super friendly and helpful and the surrounding night life is super active.
*I did not see where parking was an additional cost on the hotels website. Parking is $20/night in a garage next to the hotel.
The gym has a good range of equipment, weights and space. There's a small fridge with cold bottled waters.

My husband and I stayed there last night for a concert (which is on the same block). That was extremely handy. I honestly cannot say enough about the great service we received. From the hotel check-in clerks (there were two that both went out of their way for us) to the cleaning staff just walking by us in the hallways. The room was extremely clean and seemed to have everything you would need. It was very quiet - didn't hear anything, AC worked really well, and the free breakfast was so much better than I expected. I actually enjoyed staying overnight for the concert, which was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is within walking distance to a ton of restaurants and pubs and practically next door to Cat's Cradle, a concert venue.
