Found out she was the supervisor Grizelda of the hotel. Due to this incident I will no longer stay at this hotel due to how staff members are treated.

Somehow they had the 2 of us occupying 2 rooms on our last day. They accidently erased many customers key cards during stay and had reprogram them. Kitchen staff let food of continental breakfast run out Room was clean. Room door was hard to open/close and had to kick it everytime we used it. Shower only had freezing cold or scalding water and bath fan didnt work. There are no refrigerators or USB ports in the rooms

Looks recently updated, staff are super friendly and helpful and the surrounding night life is super active. *I did not see where parking was an additional cost on the hotels website. Parking is $20/night in a garage next to the hotel. The gym has a good range of equipment, weights and space. There's a small fridge with cold bottled waters.
