The worst!! (And I am not picky) they make you pay for wifi and sign up for a “Hilton honors” account, the room is average at best, no smart tv or even an hdmi cord. Any cheap motel beats this place

This might actually be the worst Hilton hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I didn’t even get the Hilton points because they “couldn’t find me”.
Every little thing that could make a stay bad happens there. Also the technology is from the 1980’s.
Demolish the building and let a different brand in.

I wanted to like this place. My first room impression was 5 stars. Then I went to take a shower only to discover that one of the doors didn't work. I step in, reach to turn on the shower, and almost break my arm trying to turn it on. I go to condition my hair and...no conditioner. I get out, and the shower is dripping loudly. I call downstairs and ask for a Saturday maintenance visit and housekeeping request. I'm told there is no maintenance until Monday. ☹️
If I want conditioner, I can go downstairs and get the key to unlock the conditioner bottle, bring it downstairs and swap it out. I don't understand this because housekeeping does work over the weekend and it would have been simple enough to make a note for them to stop in for 2 minutes and refill the conditioner like they should have before I got the room.
I notice the mini fridge is really loud but no problem, I'm wearing earplugs and maybe it and the dripping will make nice music.
The next morning I wake up and lay in bed reading a bit, only to get a knock on the door. It's maintenance and they re-track the door while muttering something about how I will still need to get in using the working door. I ask about the still running water and am told that will take more work so basically I'll have to live with it. I got down to breakfast and notice a stinkbug on the blinds in the lounge. Well, we had a recent cold snap, it happens.
I spent all day out, and get back to the room. I plonk my things on the bed, and there is a little buggy friend. Then I go into the bathroom and realize that nope, they meant it when they said they weren't going to refill the conditioner unless I brought it downstairs. I finally got the drip almost completely stopped because I was so annoyed that I turned that faucet like the Hulk, so now it is only a small drip that I didn't hear with my earplugs in place. I didn't sleep well because I kept expecting to wake up in the middle of the night with a stink bug crawling on me.

I chose not to stay here because the Sales Coordinator, Donte, and the Customer Service Rep were both so rude to me over an issue with a group rate for a soccer tournament. I originally made my reservation for 2 nights in Oct. When the schedules were posted in early Dec I called to modify my reservation to 1 night. The front desk clerk made the modification and sent me an updated reservation confirmation email. 24 hours later the Sales Coordinator calls me to tell me they will not honor my reservation modification because the tournament group rate contract is for a 2 night minimum. I was unaware of this and politely let him know. He proceeded to rudely tell me that the hotel is sold out so I can either keep a 2 night reservation or he would charge me a double rate for a 1 night reservation. I told him that no where in my contract (reservation confirmation) with the hotel does it say anything about a 2 night minimum. He proceeded to tell me that "he's not holding a gun to my head to make me stay 2 nights." I decided to cancel my reservation and booked another hotel (Courtyard by Marriott Winston-Salem Hanes Mall) for cheaper than the tournament group rate.
