    I would strongly recommend staying away from Hilton Home2 Suites Belmont. My family and I stayed at this hotel for nearly 12 weeks due to a plumbing leak at our home. I’ll start with the one positive: the housekeeping staff is excellent—very kind, hardworking, and our room was clean upon check-in. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. At check-in, we were told extended-stay guests receive housekeeping three times per week and were asked which days we preferred. That schedule never happened. Our room was repeatedly skipped or pushed back due to staffing shortages, with priority given to check-outs. This is not the fault of the cleaning staff, who are clearly overworked, but rather a management issue. This Hilton-brand hotel frequently did not have enough linens to service all rooms. On multiple occasions, staff had to ask guests to turn in dirty towels just so more could be washed. There were also times when kitchen dishcloths and towels ran out before they reached our room. In December, a Hilton brand inspector visited, and management clearly knew ahead of time—there was sudden cleaning and painting. One concerning issue involved breakfast sanitation. Normally, there was one shared gallon of milk for all guests. The day before the inspector arrived, this was replaced with individual milk bottles, only to return to the shared gallon a few days later. Management claimed this was a coincidence, which raises concerns about consistency and sanitation standards. There are many transient workers who stay here, and it appears to be the primary clientele the hotel caters to. If that suits your needs, this may work for you. However, if you expect consistent Hilton standards, I would recommend considering the Holiday Inn Express or Fairfield Inn in Belmont instead.

    Really enjoyed staying here. Was here for a couple months due to work. The manager Ms. Beth and the Asst. manager Stephan were truly great out of all the staff these two really stick out. Housekeeping can be rude at times and slack on duties except for Ms.Gladis, she always went over and beyond with the room. Mr.Jim could use an attitude adjustment and a lesson in why being judgemental is not a good thing. All in all of definitely stay again and suggest as well! Oh, watch out for the breakfast lady with the cart.......

    Stayed here for the last two nights on business. The staff was initially friendly and helpful. When I got to my room, everything was just as you would expect from a Home2. Clean, roomy, comfortable. But the bed. This bed was five years past being worn out. This thing felt more like a summer camp bunk bed than a Hilton hotel. When they asked on the next day how it was going via text message, I told them exactly that. I got zero response. Not an apology, not a what can we do to make it better. Just absolutely nothing. And I generally always get a response through the text system. Pick somewhere else unless you like feeling like you might as well be sleeping on the floor.
