Second, we got locked out on our balcony TWICE bc the balcony door is apparently broken. This is a HUGE safety issue. They offered to move us to another room, but by that point we were already settled in the room. Third, we got locked in the pool area bc of a faulty door that was supposedly just replaced, again another major safety issue. Fourth, some disgusting hotel patron took a crap in the stairwell. And fifth, this really ticked me off, there was a Marine ball taking place (which wasn’t the issue), the issue was afterwards the 10 drunken marines outside my room door yelling and arguing from 1am to 130am. Not cool at all. I probably will never stay at this hotel again. One more thing, I paid for a partial ocean view and I can barely see the ocean above the hotel roof, so I guess they are serious about the “partial”. This was our main view (see photo).

Delicious and elegantly presented. The hotel was always spotless. Staff very polite and helpful. Perfect hotel for a conference.
