Rooms were nice and clean. The reason for my lower rating is because we were told after they had already billed us they then proceeded to let us know that there will be fire alarm testing the next day. We were fine with that but also discouraged because it felt like they were hiding that from us until after check in so that we would have to stay there or lose our money. We were then told it was going to be done a little after 11 A.M. They started doing it at 10. Barely enough time to scarf down breakfast. As a former team member this is no way to treat guest.

Good price, great location on the outskirts of Asheville. We were headed to Pisgah. Samantha checked us in. She super friendly and accommodating! It was clean and I felt safe!

My fiancé and I stayed here to try to salvage the rest of our anniversary trip from our HORRIBLE Airbnb experience!😩
But as soon as we walked in we were greeted by the most sweetest front desk clerk ever, Christina! She took great care of us from check in to check out! And the GM Janet! Omg! You ladies made our trip memorable for sure! Love and hospitality is what shines through and that makes you have repeat visitors.♥️(We will definitely be back for a future visit)
We did have an issue with another staff member but Janet took care of the issue.
Breakfast was great and what a cool pancake machine, we never seen one of those before!
A Million Thanks to you Christina and Janet!♥️🎉🎉🎉

I had an issue and the hotel’s General manager handled it with the finesse and professionalism of a true hospitality industry professional. I urge anyone who encounters any problems at this property to bring it to her attention, because she can’t fix what she doesn’t know.
The hotel is nice and clean and new, the only thing I didn’t like was the nightlight that you can’t turn off, if someone has sensory issues that tiny little light can be a pain in the butt.

Was charged $175 for a smoking fee because the room “smelled like marijuana” after I checked out.
I never smoke in hotel rooms but I always twist my Cbd prerolls for the day prior to check out.
After speaking with Janet in management, she heard me through my level of frustrations and reversed the fee.
It’s tough when you’re being accused of something you didn’t do, so I appreciated that Janet actually listened to me and resolved the matter accordingly.
This is actually a nice hotel that I typically stay at while I’m in Asheville. The property is clean altogether, the staff is courteous, and the rooms are budget friendly.
Note to self and for anyone applicable: rolling up prerolls in hotel rooms could trigger a false alarm with housekeeping for smoking 🤷🏻♂️
