Great spot for a riverside stay in asheville. Excellent customer experience. Very modern, funky vibe. Unique rooms with whimsical touches, in room coffee and frig, no microwave. We had a river view. Only thing I wished for was a balcony, but this old building makes that impossible. Close to downtown and in river arts district. Easy parking. LOVED it!

Wow what a dope Hotel! I did not get the chance to stay there, but I was visiting with friends who did. I live in the area, but I met them there when they were getting checked in recently. Wow! The place is beautiful! And the staff was super helpful. There was a little confusion to start and my friends and I really wanted to commend the front desk agent, she was fantastic! Her name was Rayne. There was some mix up with the Hilton Systems and the manager on duty was really the only issue we encountered, he was honestly rude and aloof it was quite off putting and not what we would expect from a Hilton Boutique Hotel. We were kinda nervous with how he was treating us. However, Rayne the front desk lady, was so pleasant and helpful, like above and beyond! We ate at the Golden Hour and then had drinks at the Bar on the roof top! The whole staff was just top tier! And the rooms?! We were blown away. We loved the art so much. The whole vibe was immaculate! I do not do reviews on here, but felt to, because, my friends had a great experience! I enjoyed it, but mostly we felt bad for the way the manager was, I think he was John or Joe, I forget, but he was really unpleasant, made us all feel uncomfortable, he was rude to my friends and to the staff. That was very unfortunate and honestly uncomfortable. But KUDUS to the staff! What a delightful experience. I will continue to recommend the Radical Hotel to friends. I just wish there was a way to leave comments on site about the manager. Rayne, The Wait Staff, The bar staff, the whole vibe was so good! Maybe Joe or John he said he was the manager was having an off day, but even so he was not professional at all just so RUDE! Other than that unfortunate mix up and rudeness from the manager, it was dope. Thanks for showing my out of town buddies a great Asheville experience!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at The Radical Hotel! We had an amazing time at The Radical Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome — everyone was kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and spotless, with great attention to detail and comfort. Every corner of the hotel has a unique and creative touch that makes it feel both stylish and relaxing. The atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy — perfect for enjoying the city and then coming back to unwind. We loved every minute of our stay. Highly recommended! If you’re visiting, don’t hesitate — The Radical Hotel is a gem. We can’t wait to return! 🌟

Stayed here this past weekend with my husband and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very nicely decorated and clean. The lobby was cute as well. We liked how the coffee bar turned into a cocktail bar at night. The downstairs restaurant was great and the bartender Alexander was very nice! The only thing we did not love was for such an expensive hotel having to pay everyday for parking that is not valet or in a garage seems a bit steep. Also first night there the rooftop was closed for an event and that was a bummer because we had that planned for the evening and had to readjust the plans.

Now this place is something you have to have a little bit of money to go to but don't get me wrong there are some times when the prices are a little bit low but it's definitely worth it Golden hour the afterglow and the roof are right next to it which compliments this hostel. The rooms are immaculate and you can tell the owner has spent some money into this place It used to be an old warehouse that's been revamped into this amazing hostel. There's a story about the owner that went to Russia If you feel like going down a rabbit hole check that out other than that everything here is just top notch. The front desk woman , whose name I'm going to withhold. Was amazing at her job very helpful and she even offered to carried our luggage. I couldn't have asked for a more better experience. I'm only providing pictures of the outside because some have already been provided and sometimes you just need to experience something for yourself please enjoy
