Location was great, but this was the hardest bed I’ve slept on. I would have been more comfortable sleeping on the ground. Maybe they should add some extra padding on their mattresses.

Nice rooms and cool hotel but don't come here hungry. They only serve bar snacks for lunch--like peanuts, pretzels, pork rinds--and dinner is only served in the bar where the only seating is on sofas and lounge chairs; there one communal table though. If it's full, you can have a burger -- on your lap! There is a restaurant but it only serves breakfast. Guess this Hilton never heard of the "feeding tired, hungry travelers" part of the hospitality promise?

First - it’s a beautiful building in a great location. We loved the outdoor seating and fire pits. Bedrooms were well appointed but unfortunately we both found the beds (lumpy) & pillows (flat & no support) very uncomfortable. Additionally there was ZERO noise deadening. From bins being emptied outside early, to kids making noise in the hallways, TVs in adjacent rooms, to tap dancing neighbors above - it was really unfortunate. Also, make sure you double check pricing at the bar - we ended up being charged $10 more per drink for an up-charge we never asked for. Again, lovely building in a great location- but we won’t be staying here again.

I absolutely love this hotel — it’s beautiful. I recently hosted a meeting and lunch here, and everything was set up perfectly. However, the banquet manager (the gentleman managing logistics on the day of the event) was extremely difficult to work with. I plan and host events all the time, and I’ve never encountered someone who literally counted plates for breakfast and dinner, then told me he needed to charge more because there were “extra people” — even though we had plenty of food left on the buffet. That was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Because of that experience, I had to take away stars. I would absolutely stay here again — I love the hotel itself — but the food quality for breakfast and lunch definitely needs improvement.
