Unfortunately, they were not able to fix my car at that time, and I had to have it towed to the BMW in town. I chose to stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Asheville-Tunnel Road at this time due to the fact that it is directly across the street from Firestone. During this time of utter chaos/anxiety, and uncertainty, the accommodations and staff at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Asheville-Tunnel Road made me feel relaxed and enjoy a situation nobody ever wants to deal with. I can't recommend staying here enough. Everything was fantastic, and the staff are absolutely incredible. Thank you, Homewood Suites by Hilton Asheville-Tunnel Road, you really blew me away and helped me in a horror movie situation.

The staff was very nice and offered the ozone machine which helped a bit but it still stunk and we were too tired to go looking for another place to stay. Also., there was an annoying motor sound that went all night. It sounded like a car starting up and revving and then would get slightly quieter, however it was continuously loud then quiet. Also, the room was not very clean. The dishwasher hadn't even been run from the last guest's visit.

The complimentary breakfast was very good. Would highly recommended the home 2 suites! P.s. the ice machines make nice ice cubes for those who like ic lol.
