Had to beg to get room serviced. 5 weeks here on business, First week was okay. After that had to request service, so ignore the sticker on the bathroom mirror that states every other day service. Im not expecting a full top to bottom deep cleaning but at least vacuum the floor and change the bed sheets...

Very spacious, clean, well appointed room. Conveniently located near Biltmore Mansion and gardens. Would give this 5 stars but I could hear music and talking all night which kept me awake. The noise couldn’t be heard in the hallway, so it must’ve either been coming through the walls or the ventilation system.

Probably the most disgusting place I’ve stayed at even after giving several chances We booked 2 rooms, first there was a mishap with the online booking on their end so we let it go and just accepted the 2 rooms available. 1. the first time we unfolded the bed there was brown and black crust all over the made bed 2. the second comforter we received had blood stains on it and smelled absolutely terrible, the stains were one thing but the smell was also very concerning 3. we went down again to obtain new blankets (third time) again with a stain and musty smell, so we just didn’t end up using anything bc they said they ran out 4. The AC didn’t work All photos attached Moreover, Customer service was beyond disappointing. Kate was hands down the worst customer service person I’ve ever had to interact with. After we relayed to her we could not stay another night due to sanitation issues she stated we can take out our belongings and she would refund us the second night. We really appreciated the understanding then so we proceeded to do just that. After we came down with our belongings, she stated at the end it was actually too late to do that so she could just give half off and some points (????) After clearly trying to inquire where the miscommunication went she got extremely defensive and flustered and then proceeded to state she could not continue the conversation and said we were trespassing (lol what) Her reasoning was “I thought you were talking about tomorrow” (why would we take out all of our belongings to leave and come back the next day lol) There were several other guests with issues behind us the night before and this day as well. It was one thing after another. Please avoid at all costs not just for the customer service but more importantly the sanitation issues.

Staff is like family, caring and treats me like family as well. I’m a long term resident, assisting in the rebuilding and recovery from Hurricane Helene! Already stayed almost 3 full months here! The manager worked with me to keep my room and things stored here when I had to go home for bereavement trip back home! I would recommend staying here to anyone I meet.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The property was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the rooms felt up to date and comfortable. The breakfast was decent with a good variety to start the day. While there’s still some visible damage in the area from recent flooding, it didn’t take away from the overall experience—I’d still consider it a great place to stay.
