When we arrived the first night jumped in the shower from a 9 hour drive and the soap dispenser was empty!! Asked the next morning for some more and was told it would be brought up. Got in the shower the next morning still no soap!! We went to make coffee in the room had old coffee and grinds in it from someone else!! Very disappointing from previous stays at Home 2 Suites.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at the Home2 Suites Asheville Biltmore. The cleanliness and overall management of this hotel are unacceptable. Upon arrival, my walk-in shower was visibly dirty, with pink mold and hair throughout. The toilet had what appeared to be blood stains, the towels were filthy, and the sofa was so unsanitary that I felt compelled to place a sheet over it before sitting down. The carpet throughout the room had multiple cigarette burns, further highlighting the lack of upkeep. What is most concerning is the behavior and professionalism of the staff. The front desk staff has been consistently rude, short, and disengaged—often sitting on stools, on their phones, and not paying attention to guests. On multiple occasions, the maintenance employee has been standing in the breakfast line daily, eating guest food, while openly discussing bed bugs in Room 217 with the front desk staff. This conversation took place in the breakfast area, in front of guests, while the front desk agent played games on her phone. The maintenance employee even suggested turning the PTAC heat up to 85 degrees to “draw them out,” which is alarming and inappropriate. Additionally, the porter/houseman was seen smoking while walking around the property, and staff routinely sit around the lobby between approximately 2:15–3:00 PM, clearly killing time until the end of their shifts. There is no sense of urgency, accountability, or guest service. The hotel advertises room service every two days, but nothing meaningful is done—consistent with many other Google reviews stating the same issue. Management seriously needs to investigate the sanitation standards and staff conduct at this property. If you are a Hilton Honors member, I strongly recommend staying at a different Hilton property. The room rate does not align with the cleanliness, service, or overall experience here. This hotel is unsanitary, poorly managed, and deeply disappointing.

Spacious, clean room, but the shampoo and conditioner were empty when we arrived and never refilled. No stove in the kitchenette was a bummer. Breakfast was very crowded and needs more seating and spread out the food station. Glad to see the hotel recovering after the hurricane, the area is still a work in progress.

Conveniently located. I love the location of this hotel. Overall, service was subpar at best. I dealt with 2 wonderful and very helpful individuals that are apart of the hotel staff. Outside of those 2 team members, there were a lot of short comings. A 3 star review is very generous for my experience at this location.
