The room was very small but clean and quiet. My husband and I visit Ashville often so we will absolutely be returning to Hilton Gatden for our next overnight visit.

- MHMark HammerNov 12, 20251.0Came in to the hotel all good smoth check in rooms nice, everything good, needed to do some laundry got some quarters from the front desk to start our laundry washed 2 loads 2nd load did not dry good asked at front desk for more change for there coin washer & drier & manager was at desk & said it's against there policy to give change for there own machines, she would not give me change, after arguing with her & getting all upset the bartender ended up giving me the change. Looked back through there web site & it says change provided. It is ridiculous that a manager will start an argument over changing 2 dollars for quarters.
- DSdonna stantonOct 28, 20255.0I want to say this place deserves 5 stars ! I traveled here from Florida just my dog and I - I wanted to see the Biltmore and this location was perfect. About 11 miles to Biltmore and omg across the street was the outlets and good options of food around the area. Bonus a cute farmer’s market right down the road. The front desk was welcoming, my room Was spotless and super comfortable. My dog was a happy little guy as well as this hotel is super dog friendly. I really wish the weather cooperated because the fire pit and outside chill area was spectacular. Traveling alone I felt very safe and parking was right there by the door. I did not dine there but the dining area was really nice and a good menu. Hilton u have my business ! Bye double tree. For reference I am 47 female and this was budget friendly and really posh. Nice decor, cozy and also provided a little snack area filled with refreshments, chocolates , chips etc…. Thanks again Hilton garden :)
