The bad news is the rooms carpets and beds need updating, the GOOD news is, the staff is wonderful-most notably Alysa in the restaurant was SO caring and efficient, we encountered life altering news during our stay and this just reminds me of the pearls that we can allow in life to enrich even a moment. A hug, caring words and a smile. Thank you Alysa

Love love love this location. Rooftop bar offers great food and drinks with an amazing mountain view. Breakfast spot is amazing and offers many options for those with food sensitivies. My table needed gluten-free options and non-pork breakfast options and we all were more than pleased with the selections available. This is my go-to spot in Asheville.

We stay here every time we come to Asheville. Great location, with nice rooms, and they have a shuttle that will take you to your restaurant/brewery!

There is now proper signage all over the place thank you for having people informed now.
They started charging 20$ an hour for parking and I was not made aware of this, I have used the bank here for over a year twice a week. So I went to leave and the ticket booth tried to make me pay 20$ for being there for 16 minutes. I called the operator and she asked if I had a sticker which guess what they don’t even give stickers for validated tickets. After talking to her and not understanding why I had to pay when there wasn’t signs or anything pointing out that a sticker was needed inside or outside. The lady hung up on me. I called back and asked what was up and explained the situation and told the guy that there was a line of people and I needed to leave I just went to the bank and he told me no not with that attitude so I exploded on him. Greedy people trying to get whatever dollar they can instead of just saying sorry we didn’t explain that to you the last 5 times you came and used our parking lot.

Stay far away! It is not a free breakfast. They charge $40.00 for breakfast when the buffet is $15.99. They give you a voucher for 2 Free breakfast but they say included in the room rate of $224.00. No shampoo in shower. Staff is rude, except staff in Pilar upstairs and down. Credit Card charged $303 when total was 262.92. Now I have to see what the charges come in at. Hidden costs beware! Plus $15.00 to park!!!!
