Stayed here for one night after travelling up and down the Eastern Seaboard for a few weeks on our way back to Atlanta. By far this was the best Hilton Hotel we stayed at on our trip over a 2-week span. General Manager Rhyne Franklin went above and beyond upon our arrival, and checked every box we were looking for. Rhyne came out from his office and greeted us and made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner, instead of us waiting in line. We had a lot of accommodation requests, and Rhyne helped us every step of the way. Also want to thank Keith upstairs in the restaurant who was very attentive and provided excellent service during our stay.

Parking is an issue having to use another company’s parking garage. Had issues with getting out and the hotel was no help and deferred me to the parking lot management who is rarely open and didn’t return calls.

I booked 1 King Bed. It is NOT a standard king. I’ve stayed at many Hiltons over the past several years, and I’ve never had this experience. I brought this up to the front desk and they sent someone to measure it. They measured it at 68 across. This is NOT a standard king but have deemed it a “hotel king.” This is also not in the description when you book which is false advertising. They refused to do anything to make this up. Additionally, we called down to the front desk requesting an extra blanket. They made us come down for it. I’ve again never had this experience at any hotel. I’m incredibly disappointed in this hotel. There’s a certain level of quality you expect when staying at a Hilton property, and this experience definitely wasn’t it. This will be my last time staying at a Hilton property after my last two visits have proved to me that Marriott is the better company, which is disappointing given that my family and I all have varying levels of status from Silver to Diamond Tier. We will all be going to Marriott from now on.

I’ll start with the positives! The location is great, the lobby is cute, the gym is adequate and clean. The rooms have seen better days but are acceptable. My sink is broken, my shower doesn’t change temperatures. The housekeeping is very bad, they refuse to take my trash or refill my coffees, I ask every morning. Employees are vaping constantly in the elevator. The worst part is the front desk. When I checked in the front desk person accidentally double charged my card. She said it would fall off in a few days but didn’t apologize. A few days later it hadn’t refunded so I asked again about it. The front desk was extremely rude and told me to take it up with my bank. I obviously understand if they don’t have permission to refund the extra charge but at least be kind about it and apologize! Will not be coming back, now have to chase down the double charge with my bank.
