Clean, upscale and full service. Location is ideally located in Biltmore Park with casual strolls around other shops, restaurants and a movie theater.

The AC system in room needed a deep cleaning. It kept spewing big black pieces of dust/lint. The bathroom smelled moldy but it was spit spot clean so couldn't figure where the odor came from. The thermostat seemed finicky. Seemed you needed the fan running all the time for the entire room to remain at a consistent temp. All that to say I've been there before and if in area likely stay there again.

Dana, josh, and Edwin were fortunately the front desk workers at the day we checked in and they gave us immaculate service. They were extremely welcoming and nice and respectful, and we had a request for a power cable and they went out of there way to make sure we got the right size right cable and searched two entire floors just for us and made sure we had everything we need and wanted including toothbrushes, mouthwash, toothpaste, etc and said “ my pleasure “ after every thing

I came to this property thru my daughter. The top items I appreciated were the friendly, helpful staff and the Pillar rooftop bar and restaurant. GREAT menu, I had the beef and ale stew, really good. I came up to try the butternut squash soup but the stew description won me over. The small portion was more than cup, with lots of chunks of beef and veggie. Very festive crowd in the bar. They have an outside space with gas fire table. Perfect for this cool October night. Room is nicely appointed and roomy.
I would come back.

Stayed at this location once before and wasn’t impressed with the amenities for the price, this time was meeting for a reunion and staying with friends. Walked into the hotel and fire alarm immediately came on and had to wait outside with all my luggage to rude staff yelling to get out. Hotel room was not cleaned when we entered, trash still in trash bins, vanity not clean, floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed. I overlooked it and didn’t want to complain just wiped everything down and got rid of trash myself. The kicker was when I went to take a shower the water wouldn’t drain so I pulled on the drain plug and about 8 inches of hair was attached to the drain. I almost threw up. Went to meet friends for breakfast and have never been treated so rudely by a young, know it all hostess that told me to ask the server myself if I could sit w my friends to enjoy breakfast at a larger table. Waiter can to hostess stand and he said that’s not my call, very rudely, another waitress apologized for their behavior and waiter was SUPER rude to us and didn’t bring the right items we ordered from the menu. Trashville aka Asheville is becoming one of the worst places to visit bc of the politics and wokeness, and now the staff at a $450/night hotel has turned me off even more. Never coming back to this Hilton as its staff absolutely stinks! From front desk, maids to restaurant servers. Don’t t visit this place it is not worth the money!!
