Tried to book a day trip to stay closer to the city and got my reservation cancelled because I live within 50 miles? Front desk person said this was to prevent homeless from staying? I didn’t know how hateful Hampton was towards homeless people

We stayed at this hotel a couple times before the renovation and it is now very much improved, with one huge exception. In the bathroom, the faucet that was installed barely reaches the sink such that you can’t get your hands under to wash, can’t easily fill a water pic container, or even wet a wash cloth. Terrible design. Whoever designed that should never be hired in a similar capacity again. The management should immediately replace the faucets to make them functional. Honestly, it’s bad enough to make us not return to this hotel. An otherwise lovely property.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. While the property itself looks nice and initially gives a good impression, the stay did not live up to the high ratings we had seen. The food looked appealing, but it ended up making us both sick, which obviously put a damper on our trip. On top of that, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep during our stay. What surprised us the most was how rude the staff was when we asked simple, reasonable questions. We were met with attitudes that made us feel unwelcome rather than supported as guests. Given the positive reviews this hotel has, the overall experience was confusing and unexpected. Sadly, based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, despite how nice the property appears at first glance.

One of the better Hampton Inns. 10 minutes from Biltmore Village. Newly renovated. Quiet. Lots of free parking. Further from the Biltmore Estate than the Hampton Inn near the gate which you can walk to the Village from, but a lot less expensive and only 10 minutes away.

I am honestly and genuinely so surprised to see all these positive reviews. They must delete the bad ones because, This was hands down the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at!! I Am a Hilton Gold Member and I have never been so disappointed in a location of Hilton before. The breakfast was so disgusting and unclean that It made me sick. The bed was so uncomfortable that I had back spasms the next morning. The staff is rude and unprofessional, and sometimes nowhere to be found. I really wish there was a review like this for me to read before I made my reservations like seriously TRAVELERS BEWARE!!!!
