"The Best Hotel Breakfast I’ve Ever Had!" My family and I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Asheville over the New Year's holiday 2025/2026, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From start to finish, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The Highlight: The Breakfast While the hotel itself was great, the breakfast was the absolute star of the show. I can honestly say this was the best free breakfast I have ever had at a hotel in my life. They feature a made-to-order omelette bar that was simply amazing. The chefs at the omelette station were fantastic—friendly, fast, and clearly skilled. The quality and care put into the food were evident; this included breakfast easily beats the breakfast you'd get at most sit-down restaurants. It was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring downtown Asheville. Outstanding Service and Hospitality: What truly made our stay special was the incredible staff. From the moment we checked in, the front desk and lobby team were welcoming and attentive. This high level of service extended to the breakfast team as well; they were so hospitable despite the holiday morning rush. A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT to the supervisor, QUENTESSA, and the buffet attendants KATIE, EMILY, AND HAILEY! They were so friendly, helpful, and completely on top of everything. It was a real pleasure to start our mornings with such a great team. The Property and Rooms: The first thing we noticed was how clean and well-maintained the entire hotel was. The lobby was inviting, and our room was spotless. As a family traveling together, we really appreciated the modern decor and the comfortable layout of the suite—it felt both high-end and cozy at the same time. Plus it is right in the middle of town so almost everything in downtown is walkable. It’s a great way to see the town. Overall Experience: Between the cleanliness of the facilities, the kindness of the staff, and that incredible morning spread, we couldn't have asked for a better New Year's stay. If you are visiting Asheville and want a reliable, clean, and delicious place to stay, this is it. We will definitely be back!

I don’t mind paying for parking but the Valet team here is under staffed. They don’t allow self parking so everyone is waiting on 3 guys to bring all the cars at checkout is insane. We pay for parking why not just let us self park? The rooms are nice. Location is not the best lots of homeless around the hotel. The customer service was 50/50 the front desk lady was not a happy person. The next set of guys who worked the desk were helpful. They valet guys were also 50/50 I handed my ticket to a valet guy he hopped in a car to go park it and came back 5 minutes walking without my car. His response was “oh I forgot”. Housekeeping was kind. I’m not bashing this place I only stay at Hilton’s and will continue to but this place needs some work.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the quality of the property and the hospitality of the team. Here are a few highlights from our trip: • The Accommodations: Our room was both incredibly clean and spacious, providing a very comfortable "home away from home" feel. • The Breakfast: The morning spread was delicious. We particularly loved the omelet station, which was a high-quality touch that started our days off right. • The Staff: Everyone we encountered was very attentive and genuinely nice. They clearly care about the guest experience. • Soprana Rooftop Cucina: The rooftop views are stunning, and the food is very good. Special Shout-out: The bartenders at Soprana Rooftop Cucina are amazing. We especially enjoyed the service provided by Arianna—she was professional, friendly, and made our time at the bar truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great food, clean rooms, and top-tier service. We will definitely be back! Gustavo and Laura

Just wow. This Embassy Suites could easily be mistaken for a 4 or 5 star resort with an impressive and expansive lobby with multiple places to eat on property. Front desk staff was extremely friendly, valets were quick, and rooms well equipped. It's a much more modern and well appointed experience than you'd find at most other embassy suites or competitors. The large breakfast service area actually is hidden until it's breakfast time, so they can handle the rush of folks when the time comes. The sausage and white cheddar omelette they had on special was fantastic. We went to the happy hour one night and it was packed! Bar tenders admitted they weren't expecting as many folks on the T-giving holiday night, so it took a bit longer than I would think is typical. I paid a little bit extra for an old fashioned (most drinks complimentary) and it was worth the wait. The crowning jewel of this place is definitely the rooftop restaurant, Soprana, with amazing views and a stunning sunset if you're there at the right time. It's a pizza restaurant which sounds a little odd at first, but it doesn't let you down. The quick service of large assortment of pies and great cocktails make it a place to eat at often even if you weren't staying at the hotel. The fitness looked new and spacious although I didn't try it. And while they did not have a hot tub (selfishly for me) the indoor pool was as always a big hit for my kids and helped them burn off some energy when it was only 20 degrees outside! Will definitely be back to this place.

We stayed there for the week of Christmas. 22-26. Breakfast was usually too busy to get anything to eat but seemed like they had a lot of offer. Don’t try to eat at the restaurant at the bottom floor or the top. The wait time is 3 plus hours. And only open from 5-10pm. The room was..well not how it explained. The “livingroom” was really small but I guess it wasn’t too bad. We ran out of towels and toilet paper and asked for more and it never showed up. I called again the next day and it finally showed up about 10pm. Room service never showed up. Upon check out they only have about 3 carts for the entire hotel so there is a wait. And the one we got had a flat tire. Nice hotel tho. Not for entire family but a quick stay. I ordered a pizza and they said 10-15 mins. 55 mins later we got our pizza. There were more dogs than people. Not to mention nothing but homeless people surrounded the hotel. I got the “Mountain View” but it was “the Salvation Army”. View. You see homeless people peeing and pooping in the street all day
