Building getting old and it's time to invest in the property. Definitely not up to Hilton standards. We should have stayed somewhere else. Great location, this property needs some work.

Even showing them my reservation where it showed i paid for early check in they refused to honor it but gladly keep the extra i paid. Very shady place stay away.

The hotel is beautiful and huge with a lovely main courtyard where you can sit and enjoy the weather and a bit of nature. There is memorabilia and wonderful photos throughout the main halls that documents the history of the Biltmore Dairy. Everyone here has been courteous, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The location is central to a variety of restaurants - all easy to get to. We'll definitely stay here the next time we visit Asheville.
