The hotel was fine until our final receipt where there was a big tip mentioned that we never left. We contacted the hotel but they never got back to us.

I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. What truly made the experience special was Lynn—she was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely cared for and valued as a guest. Thanks to Lynn and the great team here, I would absolutely recommend this DoubleTree and would be happy to stay again.

I was told that day there would be 2 restaurants open, but only 1 rooftop bar. The food was awful, and the people working at front desk were rude and very unfriendly!
