We went here for the night, Figured we would get a new tire in the morning and drive home. The kids loved it, We ordered Pizza pizza. Watched tv late. It was comfortable and clean. We liked the free breakfast it had all things the kids liked. Wished we had swimsuits!!! The pool and slide looked awesome! Will be back

I was here for work, and Cody made sure I always had a room on the top floor, so I could get a good nights rest. The pool and hot tub were clean and usually I had them to myself. Hot breakfast was good, and there are lots of other restaurants nearby.
- ADAngela DowDec 29, 20251.0The management charged us 250$ for an unwritten policy. when asked to provide us this policy we were told that they couldn’t give it to us as they didn't have it, it wasn’t their problem and bring it up with the general manager the next day. when we went to speak to the general manager George he treated us with such disrespect and unprofessionalism it was disgusting. We spoke to them them three weeks ago that we were having a birthday party and NO MENTION OF A 250$ charge. absolutely ridiculous the other staff at the hotel was lovely. cleaning staff was great, front desk lady was kind. Management is the problem there and their “unwritten policy” that no one can show and produce. shameful
- SSStefanieDec 14, 20255.0We've stayed here twice and would NOT hesitate to stay here again! We had room 202 and it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was all helpful and friendly (shout out to Tanya for taking extra time to help me with my digital key!). The housekeeping was 10/10 and management was very accommodating with our entire hockey team and coaches. The breakfast was awesome and the kids enjoyed the pool. This location was very convenient for us for meals, shopping AND the hockey tournament we were in town for. The only thing that could be improved would be blackout curtains. The glow of the hotel's exterior lights shine through the cracks all night. Overall, we had a very positive experience and will be back!
