    The staff was terrible and gave us a noise complaint in our first ten minutes. One lady had been harassing us the entire time and there was fecal matter in the hot tub. But the breakfast was good and the cleaning staff were amazing and I loved the elevator designs the start was rough but this place is quite nice and the view at night is to die for.

    Very bad experience and when I gave feedback, George Engel explained me the “Industry Standards”. I counted 5 guests arrived between 11 AM and 12 PM for checkin and sent back. Who keeps checkin time at 3 PM? Who would go that late especially for business travel? No SOP with staff if guest want to extend their stay and even if they are willing to pay. Spent 2 hr of my stay in the lobby waiting for the procedures. Hilton hotels will be in my “No” list in future business or personal travels. Edit/reply: This guy just doesn’t stop! In the feedback, I had selected, I don’t want anyone to contact me! Customers have a right to give feedback. Don’t become customer and give feedback on my feedback!
