But the breakfast was good and the cleaning staff were amazing and I loved the elevator designs the start was rough but this place is quite nice and the view at night is to die for.

I counted 5 guests arrived between 11 AM and 12 PM for checkin and sent back. Who keeps checkin time at 3 PM? Who would go that late especially for business travel? No SOP with staff if guest want to extend their stay and even if they are willing to pay. Spent 2 hr of my stay in the lobby waiting for the procedures. Hilton hotels will be in my “No” list in future business or personal travels. Edit/reply: This guy just doesn’t stop! In the feedback, I had selected, I don’t want anyone to contact me! Customers have a right to give feedback. Don’t become customer and give feedback on my feedback!
