- ZAZ AnastasiaDec 17, 20251.0Absolutely disgusting experience. A man dove into the pool, broke his nose, and there was blood everywhere. We came specifically to use the pool during a power outage. The hotel staff apologized and told us our room would be refunded. However, when we checked out, they said they couldn’t refund it because the stay was booked with points and claimed the credit card company had to handle it. When we contacted the credit card company, the hotel then said the refund was never approved. To make matters worse, the pool was never cleaned after the incident (despite being reported to the front desk and manager), and children were allowed to continue swimming in water that had visible blood in it. This is completely unacceptable, unhygienic, and shows a serious lack of integrity and concern for guest safety. I would not recommend staying here.

They checked several time during our stay to be sure the room was satisfactory and to see if we needed anything. The breakfast in the mornings could not have been better, different options each morning and all delicious. Options for anyone's needs. We will definitely stay here again next year. If you want a comfortable, clean place to spend the night, with good morning breakfast, then I would definitely consider this hotel.
