Room is a bit dated. Carpet in the room should be deep cleaned or removed and replaced with a cleaner option. The bathroom is well designed but needs a deep clean as well in the shower door track area and all caulked joints. Otherwise, the room was cozy and clean and the bed was comfy. It was also nice and quiet in the top floor end rooms which I very much appreciated as a light sleeper. The staff were friendly and accommodating and it looked like the breakfast spread was more than adequate. I overheard people saying how good their waffles were. I attended a conference at this hotel's conference facilities and can say they were very nice. The bright lights gave me terrible headaches though. They could have half the lights on and it would still be too much. The air conditioning works great...I was freezing most of the time. It was a great setup, the conference hosts could have made it more comfortable.

Very unaccommodating of any dietary restrictions or differences in their breakfast. Not very helpful staff. Super disappointing to have to run out and find breakfast elsewhere when present for a work conference. Also, gym is very small, lots of good equipment but barely space to move around. Could have a lot more human-centered experience but they don’t seem to care that much. Would not recommend or stay again.

Let's start with location... It was within walking distance of shopping, dining, and a movie theater. Wonderful little place, surrounding the property. Everyone employed at this establishment was friendly enough. Now I've worked in and managed at many hotels over the past 2 decades. I've seen what does and doesn't work in these settings. Every hotel has different challenges. But one thing remains the same. Your hotel will not elevate if your gm doesn't care about the right things. From my stay all I witnessed was a lot of employees gathering in the gms office. She seems to like flocking fans as if she's a pop star. In my days there id never seen her leave her office. Good managers are out walking the floors. Noting flaws and inspecting rooms. How do you know what's going on in your hotel if your confined to your office? Front of hotel needs tidied, elevator landings could use some paint. My room was under par for cleanliness. Black mold in showers. Housekeeping staff seems to wander aimlessly doing the bare minimum. This could be amazing if the leaders lead from the front and get hands on. Just some food for thought.

TL;DR: Staff was disingenuous, and the plumbing is broken. My wife’s shower went cold within minutes, and mine was the same an hour later despite running the water. The “Manager on Duty” gave me the runaround while another employee admitted multiple guests had complained. To make matters worse, the property manager ignored my follow-up about both the lack of hot water and the manager’s dismissive attitude. Do yourself a favor—skip this place and head across the street to the Hilton Garden Inn.
