- BCBen CarnahanNov 16, 20251.0DO NOT STAY HERE. Got scammed by the staff and they ran my card for thousands. They checked us into a room where the tv and toilet didn’t work. They sent an employee up to check the room and he could not fix either item so he moved us rooms. The room was in the exact condition when he checked us out of the original room as it was when got there. Then the employees then charged my card over $5,000 without even trying to contact or tell us, even though we were still there 3 more days. Once home and seeing the charge, we called several times and were finally told by an employee that they claimed we caused water damage. Said nothing they could do and the owners told them to run my card. Complete Complete scam. Can’t get any responses from owners. Now stuck getting @Hilton and local Health department to look into it. Have had to contact Dawson County Sheriff Department, credit card company, and an attorney to file.

I had an emergency where I had to leave Glendive and this hotel would not cancel my reservation. Essentially stealing my money. Im sure the manager will get on here and go on and on about policy blah blah blah. Other hotels have canceled my reservation with no issue in the past. I stay at hotel 9 months out of the year. This decision was the managers decision. We'll no longer be staying here. As you can see from other bad reviews this hotel has some things to figure out. Also they lie and say the have ethernet ports, the dont work. STAY AT THE LA QUINTA across the interstate. WAY BETTER.

The highlight was the front desk representative, she was exceptionally pleasant, professional, and welcoming both at check-in (just befpre midnight) and again in the morning. She set the tone for a positive experience and made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was good, but her outstanding service really stood out.
