My husband and I stayed here overnight on our way up to Big sky. The guy at the front desk, was so pleasant and friendly. They have a 5 to 7 daily social, and it was very nice. We would stay here again.

We found what appeared to be bed bug stains on the sheets and reported it to the GM. We were told the room would be inspected and that we’d receive an update, but no one ever followed up. When we called back, we were told the issue must have come from a previous hotel stay, which was not the case—we stayed with family and only booked this hotel before flying out of Bozeman. Instead of taking the concern seriously, the responsibility was shifted onto us. After this experience, we spoke with family members who mentioned they had stayed here a couple of years ago and encountered bed bugs as well. The lack of accountability and poor communication were extremely disappointing.

The stars given are for the location and "Lon", who was very polite and helpful. The bed was old, and sagging in the middle. Kids used the furniture in the room, and the hallways upstairs as a jungle gym until midnight, and again starting at 6am. (Not the hotel's fault, but they shouldn't have been on the top floor with that many young kids). Breakfast was literally terrible. "Hot" water was warm. Potatoes were mushy and cold. Scrambled eggs were cold at 8am, dripping WET, sitting in a pool of water and weird looking debris. The sign was mislabeled "chicken carnitas", but was really pork! Yikes! The breakfast attendant claimed not to know English, and put her phone to my mouth to translate my question "what Spices are in this"? Then said "sorry no English" & shrugged her shoulders leaving me with the wet eggs. Front desk said there was no one who spoke English that could help me at breakfast time.... This is at a Hilton in Montana. What the hell? As far as the "manager's reply": After being told no one could help, I watched another woman come from the kitchen who had her back to the patrons. She had an attitude that she didn't want to be bothered as I asked if she could help. She NEVER approached or suggested help with the disgusting eggs. Kept suggesting chia pudding instead 🤢. Again, there were a few challenges (cleanliness, age of bed, language barrier, rudeness). Was told there would be Honors points given to my Gold account due to the challenges. We'll see if they honor that. Photo of eggs sitting in water with weird chunks on side attached. *PS. Home 2 Suits 4 Corners is way better.

Stayed here recently during a long road trip with 2 dogs and I wish I had caught the names of the nighttime and morning front desk agents - they were so unbelievably kind and courteous - especially with a couple dogs that had been in a car for 10 hours. Rooms are a bit older, but ours was clean and warm! Great place for an overnight stay and would stay for a longer duration based on the staff and how dog-friendly they are! We’ll be back!

Room: Two room suite - king bed in separate room, queen sofa sleeper. The mattress for the sofa sleeper was thin, stained, and uncomfortable (I could feel all the springs along my body). We needed to use both beds for our family, otherwise I wouldn’t usually bother with a sofa sleeper! Kitchen was okay - generally clean except for several eating utensils that the dishwasher didn’t get clean but housekeeping put away anyways. Fridge makes a ton of noise when it’s working to cool down. Bathroom was clean but ?extra towels were just shoved into a cupboard. Service: Super friendly front desk staff. Location: Convenient right off the interstate but not super close to dining options except for fast food-type places.
