    Steven Woods the front end manager is honestly the true definition of customer service. He put in so much time, effort, and endless calls helping me. Steven made sure my issue was resolved. He truly is phenomenal at his job, and his customer service is one that every business needs. Steven Woods helped me to get my Hilton points back when an error occurred. I truly can’t say enough about the time and effort he put in until everything was handled. Thank you again Steven for going above and beyond my expectations.     Hotel and room were very clean. Front desk staff were friendly. The bed mattresses are very firm which was uncomfortable. They also don’t offer late checkout hardly ever which is a big inconvenience for most travelers, I hope they change that in the future.

    Low integrity staff, low quality rooms, truly a new low for the Hilton. Contacted Hilton and BBB over concerns, they issued me a comical twenty dollar refund and marked as resolved.
