  Home2Suites Billings became our unexpected basecamp during an unplanned and emotionally heavy stay in Billings. We arrived after midnight, following a winter storm across two states, due to urgent medical decisions for a family member who was hospitalized in the ICU. Our stay ended much the same way—another storm on our drive home as our family member transitioned to a different level of care. Despite the circumstances, the Home2Suites team made our stay as comfortable and supportive as possible. The hotel was consistently neat and tidy, and our room provided a comfortable place to rest, decompress, and even serve as a backup office for occasional remote work. While the beds and furniture were clearly well-used, everything was generally clean and comfortable. On our first night, we noticed some troubling stains in the room. When we mentioned this to the front desk the next morning, the team immediately apologized, explained they are in the process of updating rooms, and offered to move us at our convenience. The new room—while still well-worn—was clean and comfortable. Each room included a table and chair that worked well for email and light work. When we later noticed the chair’s height mechanism was broken, the issue was fixed right away without hesitation. The service truly stood out. Howard, who worked the morning breakfast, presented a modest breakfast with the care and pride of a five-star experience. Everything was clean, thoughtfully arranged, and consistently restocked. The yogurt parfait options—with fresh and frozen berries—felt like a small luxury during a difficult time. Although housekeeping is scheduled every other day, Shae took the initiative to notice our family’s needs and proactively brought extra towels—without us having to ask. That small act saved time and energy and made us feel genuinely cared for while far from home. Jess was also incredibly helpful, supporting us as we navigated uncertain decisions about the length of our stay due to the complicated hospital situation. Her flexibility and calm support allowed me to focus where I needed to—on my family member. All in all, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the value, kindness, and professionalism shown by the Home2Suites Billings team. In a stressful and vulnerable moment, their service made a real difference.

  Friendly and consistent great service at this H2Suites! Gym, breakfast area, and pool areas are kept tidy and stocked by attentive and genuinely nice helpful staff. Seems like the staff share a strong cooperative work ethic. Love staying here!

  Over the room was great with the exception of they were greasy fingerprints and hair prints all over my microwave and crusty food On the numbers of the microwave. It was very concerning because I have food allergies There’s no telling where that grease and crusties came from. The cushions on my couch were very well used and incredibly flat. Those are my only two complaints. Please change out the cushions on the couch For future class and please make sure that all kitchen utensils are necessarily clean and sterilized. Although I did call down and ask for housekeeping, come up and clean they were there immediately it still should never have happened.
