    Always a pleasant stay when I'm driving through Montana. The rooms are clean and the staff is courteous, professional and accommodating. It's located near a Walmart and multiple eating establishments. There is also a restaurant and bar located inside the Hotel.

Working in the fields of marketing and journalism has given me extensive experience staying in hotels and resorts worldwide, and I am someone who looks beyond marketing claims, scrutinizes the details, and is not easily impressed. However, my recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Billings, Montana deserves my highest praise and deepest gratitude. An unexpected health situation required me to be transported from another rural state to Billings for advanced medical care, leaving me in need of a hotel that could accommodate unusual circumstances, an indefinite stay, and my dog. Without any of the comforts of home, the staff here went out of their way to create exactly that, a true home away from home. If you are seeking a hotel where the staff show genuine compassion, provide impeccable service, and consistently go above and beyond for their guests, this is the place. While every employee I encountered demonstrated professionalism and dedication, I would like to give special recognition to the front desk team. Seth L., Shauna B., and Nicole W. ensured that my stay was not just comfortable but remarkable, and I am sincerely grateful to each of them.     Oh man, I really don’t know where to start. My wife and I booked this location on 17 Nov and unfortunately, we had quite an experience—and not the one we hoped for. When we checked in, the Hilton computer system had crashed, which was understandable. After some time, we finally received our room keys. Once we got to the room, we did our usual check of the bathroom, bed, and surroundings. In the first room we were assigned, we immediately noticed mold around the bathtub. I called the front desk and spoke with Seth, who was very understanding and quickly accommodated us by assigning a new room. Before we even left the hallway, another guest informed me that he experienced the exact same mold issue in his room. That was a big red flag. The second room, unfortunately, wasn’t much better. The toilet had stains that made it look like it hadn’t been cleaned well. There was a splatter of something on the wall near the trash can by the window, which was very unpleasant. One of the bed sheets also had stains on it. It was disgusting. Because it was late, my wife and I didn’t feel like switching rooms again, so we removed the sheet ourselves. Overall, this Hilton Garden Inn needs a major update. The fitness room especially needs a complete makeover. I was not pleased with our stay, and I will not be returning to this location. On a positive note, Seth and the new lady he was training were amazing. They did everything they could to accommodate us, and their professionalism was truly appreciated. The issue isn’t the staff—it’s the hotel’s condition.
