Although it was a distance from where I needed is was comfortable and they cared about the customer, was concerning about safety as there was a crew of 3 people checking car doors in the hotel parking lots in the area

We are Diamond HHonors members. A medical emergency took it as to Billings late
I made my reservation with this lo cc action at 10:30 pm. Finally arrived after leaving the hospital at 3:30 am. The night gal was sleeping upon our arrival. She was rude informed us night audit already ran. We were charged NO Show and we could reserve a new room PAY again and talk to the manager in the morning to resolve. Angery I refused. Stayed elsewhere and have since been calling manager with NO return call or resolution!!
Stay elsewhere we will never use this location again!!

Would not recommend. Bedbugs was discovered in my son's room, after he woke up covered in bites. Management took zero accountability other than a few bucks to wash clothing. With many items being leather and outdoor work wear including boots many items could not be washed. They didn't even comp his room, also was promised a call from management and has yet to hear from them.

Amazing rooms. Big room big fridge dishwasher pet friendly. They have a fog run that gated so the dogs are safe to play free. I loved that. Great service too. Clean smells good

Staff was excellent and friendly. Hotel were clean and cozy! Definitely recommend hilton properties! Prices are awsome!
