Hilton needs to remind its employees that the cross hatched space in the disabled parking areas is not for parking but rather for customers who need extra room to get in and out of their vehicles. This was a recurring issue at this hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn, in Kennewick And the Hampton Inn in Lubbock, Texas. To be fair, the culprits were not always employees, at least one individual was a delivery driver.
