Just off I-20, our pet-friendly hotel is one mile from Vicksburg National Military Park. Historic downtown Vicksburg is three miles away, with several museums, historic sites, and restaurants. Visit the Lower Mississippi River Museum or USS Cairo Museum for some local history. Our hotel features an outdoor firepit and BBQ grills.

We had a great experience. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. I didn't get everyone's name. Krystal was fantastic! Would definitely come back.

Great hotel for the night close to the highway. Out of the many hotels in the area, this one has better reviews. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Digital check in worked perfectly after a long day driving. Breakfast wasn't great at all. Barely some bagels, not that many items to choose from as others home2 hotels. One of the front desk person don't even greet you. Second front attendant was very nice and helpful.
Still recommended when you are in the area.

Drive by this one if you can. To start the front desk could not find the information from our reservation and insisted that they had to charge us for our pet fee that we already paid online. Send heating system was out in the room that we were sleeping in We had to bundle up to sleep. The shade is broken and can’t close completely, so there was a bright light shining in my face all night. And of course, in the morning, the sunlight was in my eyes. The water was cold for my shower. When I got downstairs for breakfast, there is no coffee available. We paid $280 for this experience.

If I could leave 0 stars for customer service, I would. Very disappointed at the poor customer service encounter over the phone. I called to price the availability and the prices were jacked up. When I mentioned how much the online price was I was told to book there then. Hilton Honors prices were $81 less than what I was quoted over the phone;😮💨 if that’s the introduction to the stay, no thanks, I’ll keep driving.

Called this morning about two separate charges on my card for the same one night, one room, stay. Whoever was behind the front desk at approximately 9:30a today is ignorant of what i was saying. Clearly charged twice, but she insisted only once. If she is to interact with customers, she needs to be trained on how simple it is to find a duplicate charge and how to act with the customers. She is not a good representative of the location.
