Stayed here a few months back with the family, and we had a good experience. Obviously there was construction going on and the experience could have been better because of that, but the staff was friendly and the breakfast was fine. I would like to come here again after renovations are done.

I thought that this hotel would be really nice, but not the case. The room smelled bad and if that wasn't enough there were around 10 lady bugs and stink bugs all over the room, we informed the front desk and they tried to switch rooms but it would have been the same in that room because another customer had just came out of that one. So a long story short just stay somewhere else or go to Walmart and buy a tent and sleep outside where the lady bugs should be!!

We appreciated the phone call from the front desk after we checked in to see if we needed anything. We ended up having to change rooms for one that would work better for us. kashandra was very helpful in finding a new room, and personally delivered the new keys to us. She was very kind and responsive to our request.

My only complaint really would be that anytime you need to go to the front counter for anything there seems to always be a line and only 1 person working the counter. We went for towels, drinks, and even at check in amd it was always busy. Room was fine. Very busy location. During breakfast we waiting over 15 minutes for them to refill waffles and we enede up leaving and going to McDonald's down the road. Overall was a good experience
