This hotel is a sophisticated facility combined with Mississippi hospitality and old-world charm. In the heart of the Historic Park District, the Hampton Inn & Suites is located directly across from the Vicksburg National Military Park.
Vicksburg's new flagship hotel features 123 guest rooms including 34 spacious studio suites. Accommodations are distinctive and charming with signature southern style. The hotel also has an executive level with extras such as in-room web consoles and truffles at turndown. All guest rooms have microwaves, refrigerators and DVD players. State-of- the-art meeting space is also available for up to 90 people.

The room smelled bad and if that wasn't enough there were around 10 lady bugs and stink bugs all over the room, we informed the front desk and they tried to switch rooms but it would have been the same in that room because another customer had just came out of that one. So a long story short just stay somewhere else or go to Walmart and buy a tent and sleep outside where the lady bugs should be!!

We ended up having to change rooms for one that would work better for us. kashandra was very helpful in finding a new room, and personally delivered the new keys to us. She was very kind and responsive to our request.

We went for towels, drinks, and even at check in amd it was always busy. Room was fine. Very busy location. During breakfast we waiting over 15 minutes for them to refill waffles and we enede up leaving and going to McDonald's down the road. Overall was a good experience
