- CHCory HollandDec 15, 20251.0I was there last we for my brother in law funeral and I was not please with the rooms not being cleaned and beds being made even after I asked after the first day. I stayed 4 days and bed was only made 1 time and I had to request that 2 times before it was handle. I never got clean towels unless I went to the desk and get them myself. I complained about it the first night I stayed and it was was not handle. I was very disappointed. I saw 5 different staff members in those 4 days and most of the time you felt like you was interrupting them to ask a question. 2 of them was nice. Diamond and the manager when I told them about the problem I was having but the manager was only there Friday night and Inhad been there 3 days already.
