- PKPaul Kinyon4 days ago1.0Had to give a one star for Google to allow the post. Upon entering the room we noticed the table chair was beyond worn and presentable. The open hole in the wall of the second room is cause for alarm. Along with the blood colored stain on the drapes. The queen bed we noticed had a slight dip in the middle upon further investigation the box spring is snapped in half. Also Missing moldings, scratched paint and the final straw was the cockroach. After speaking with the manager we got refunded for the room yet still had to pay for the pet fee and parking. I would not recommend anyone.

We would have stayed somewhere else or paid less money for a cheaper hotel or watched a movie at the Malco instead had we known.

We requested a new room, which was politely provided. The second room did not have stains, however, also had crumbs on the floor and was not well maintained. We left the next day to get a new hotel...I did like the size of the rooms and the queen size bunk beds for a family of 4.

- GBGM BeasleyDec 11, 20251.0I gave them a one star for integrity. I left my ring and immediately called them. They found it I sent them a fedex package to send it to me and have never received it. I keep getting I’ll call you back, but they never do. I know they have the ring. They say they have it to the fedex man but you’re near the heart of FedEx. You should know you just can’t hand a package to someone. Any way. Integrity!!!! Some people have it. Some people don’t. Other than that and water being shut down for a water leak and the lady fixing breakfast rude as heck, the hotel was okay.
