    I edited my review to add this comment after I see the reply from the owner. I contacted customer service after checking in and checking back out within 20 - 30 mins on Sun, Dec 28, 2025. The customer service rep spoke to the front desk person, who refused to tell me her name. The customer rep called to help her cancel my reservation. The rep told me I would be getting a call from the general manager since she opened a complaint on my behalf. I told her I would not expect a call since two of the young females are unprofessional and as my husband has said it begins with leadership. So now you have enough info to call me if you really care.

    Alex, who worked up front was extended helpful and knowledgeable and funny as well. Her smile is a great start to your stay here. Breakfast was very good and the area was so clean. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and helpful. Will stay every time we come back here. There is so noticeable wear and tear in the hallways from guests probably running into the walls but other than that it’s very clean and up to date.

    The hotel is in a great area close to a lot of amenities and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms; however, were less than. In the hallway on floor 3 you can clearly see that one door did not seal properly and you could see into the room. In our room, there was something pink splattered on the wall, there were multiple (more than 10) gauge marks in the ceiling, one of the kitchen knive’s tip had clearly been burned (possibly what the gauge marks are from), the sconces that are usually next to the beds were completely missing with the holes present where they once were, the phone did not work, an outlet next to the bed sparked when I attempted to use it, the bathroom door did not close all the way, and the drain plug was completely missing from the bathroom sink making the chances of losing something down the drain greater if dropped. The rooms need to be updated and maintained to a higher standard. I have stayed at many Home2 Suites and Hilton chain hotels. This is one of the least maintained. I would not stay here again for this reason.
