They get a 3 star because THEIR BEDS ARE HARD, OUT DATED AND LITTLE. we stayed for 2 nights and my back and legs were hurting from this hard bed. For such a nice hotel, they can do better than this. We had 2 queen beds. Other than that The room space was good and the people were friendly. The food at the bar looked good but a little costly. Theu do have continental breakfast for $8.50 but it's just juice and fruit. To get the deluxe breakfast it's $15.50 per person and it includes the fruit and some hot food. If you don't like that then you are around PLENTY of things so pick your choice. The parking can be a little better too for it's a small parking lot. They do have a indoor pool that is not as big as the picture online makes it seem. I also seen dogs so I'm guessing they are dof friendly but they do not have smoking rooms which I loved.

We stayed here for the Christmas holiday. I will NEVER do it again. The refrigerator was broken in our room and did not shoot out cool air. There was a golden leaf left under my pillow that I found when I woke up the next morning after checking in. I was in horror at the fact that the sheets were not made and the evidence of it was still there. I was frightened that someone had had an intimate romantic exchange and the sheets were not changed. I did explain this to the front desk and they sent room service. Do not stay here. I wish we would have spent our money on an Airbnb instead. They do not change their sheets. Ive attached the picture of the gold leaf below. I did show this to the front desk staff who was nice. No credit was deducted from our bill. Room 222

I'd give this hotel more like 2.5 stars if it were an option, but since it's not I went with 3. Some of the staff are friendly enough, but one woman at the desk was honesty pretty rude to me. I let her know my boyfriend's key card wasn't working, and after a brief pause, her response was a very curt, "What's wrong with it?" A little taken aback, I told her that the door wouldn't open. I received another curt, "What room?" with her hand out. There was no friendliness whatsoever, and in fact her tone was really icy and she made me feel like I was bothering her.
I also wasn't given my breakfast vouchers when I checked in and didn't even know I needed them until I saw the cost being advertised for breakfast and asked the front desk attendant to confirm that my rate included it. Only then did I receive my vouchers (and she was very nice, btw). I only ended up having a pastry one morning and it wasn't the greatest.
I also noticed at times the smell of weed on the premises, and at one point, saw that the car parked next to ours was occupied by a couple of sketchy looking women smoking weed in it. I also noticed that most of the cars parked right in front of the building had local plates which I thought was odd. There seem to maybe be "regulars" that hang around. Not sure if they're friends of staff or what exactly. But the vibe is kind of weird in general and some of the staff (not all) and environment just seem kind of off.
There was also an odd smell in our room - kind of a chemical, plastic smell. It seemed to dissipate somewhat over the course of a couple of days but never fully went away. It seemed to only exist in our room and not in any other area of the hotel. Maybe that had something to do with the renovations? I can't really say and honestly there seemed to be no evidence of renovations going on while I was there.
However, the room was comfortable enough and the shower was decent, too. The bed was a little firm, but that's okay for my liking. The remote didn't work and needed new batteries, and the front desk woman who replaced our remote was very nice.
All in all, I wouldn't stay here again. The environment was just a little too weird and there are better options in the area.

I really hate to leave this review but my family nor I will be staying here again. We literally stay at this hotel every time we come to the area. I am a Hilton Member! We checked in pretty late on Friday night/Saturday morning. The receptionist was wonderful and very friendly. We make it to the hotel probably around 12:15ish AM. I took a shower and laid in the bed. I woke up around 3am with itchy legs. So I got up to put lotion on because I thought it was due to dry skin. Since I had just took a shower. I then woke back up at 4:43ish AM with the same itching sensation. I went to inspected my legs and there were bumps around my ankles and going up my leg. We went to the front desk and she was very nice and helpful. She told me she was sorry for what happened. I also spoke with the manager and he was really nice and gave us credit for the room. I’m unsure of who was the housekeeper but they did not clean our room well at all! We were also with another couple and they reported itching as well. This was a very hard decision to write this because I hate to mess up their business. However, I would want to know. I do know Hilton is a pet friendly hotel and this is how I got the bumps. I do not own any pets nor do I participate in outside activities. I have added pictures below. I was unable to take a good picture of the outer part of my ankles. I also have a bump on the inside of my L elbow crease. Please see pictures below.
