We are next door to Baptist DeSoto Hospital. Southaven area attractions include the Landers Center, Elvis Presley's Graceland, Tunica Casino, Snowden Grove Baseball Complex, and Greenbrook Softball Complex. - TMTD MESSERDec 20, 20251.0We picked our room out specifically on the app as soon as check-in was available and also filled out that we'd be arriving AFTER 10:00PM because we drive over 7 hours straight after work to get here. We finally made it at 12:15pm (tired and exhausted from being up since 5:15am for work) and went straight to the room that WE PICKED AND CHECKED INTO ON THE APP and stood there at the door for 10 minutes trying to get the key to work on the app! We finally went back to the main screen on the app and it showed a different room number. We had been moved to the top floor and by the elevator, the two places we specifically avoided when picking our room on the 1st floor and away from the elevator! Our room was changed with NO notice to us via the app or email! I called the man at the front desk and all he could tell me about moving our room was, "I don't know". We are so upset and disappointed! This is VERY unprofessional! The room was dirty to boot! Every corner was filthy, the sink, the floors and carpets were also nasty! See pictures. I POSTED PICTURES, BUT THEY ARENT SHOWING ON HERE...

Many snacks were not in stock. 3) Be aware hotel sits directly under departure path for South departing aircraft from Memphis International. Overall, not a good stay even just for one night.

Along with the rest of the bathroom being poorly cleaned, we found hair on the sheets. After requesting a new room (a comment was made by the front desk associate about needing to notify her manager since we were in there for 20mins before deciding to switch rooms; I was honestly looking up the cancellation policy) the second room was better but found ashes on the couch, unswept bathroom, un vacuumed carpet and the comforter and rags had stains.

Stayed here for one night while traveling through for work, glad it was only one night. This place is in much need of an overhaul haul. Hotels needs revamped, yes, but this place is just plain dirty. Carpets dirty with debris, same in the room. Not a clean corner anywhere and not just from a high use day. There are plenty of hotels in this area, go anywhere but here.
