Clean rooms. Quiet and safe area. The service is good.
The actual location is tucked away and not ideally located. If you are staying here be prepared to have things delivered or drive for anything you need. There isn’t really anything within walking distance.

We stayed here for a week while conducting business in the Jackson area.
The rooms were just OK and some elements were rickity.
The staff were all super attentive and welcoming.
The breakfast lacked variety but was tended to very well by Sandre who added her own flair and mixed it up a bit.
All in all it was a pleasant stay and probably consider it in the future if priced better than the others in the area.

On 9/25, I returned to my room after housekeeping service had been provided and discovered that several of my personal skincare products, valued at approximately $200, were missing. These items had been stored in a zipped bag in the bathroom. I had used the products that same morning, so I am certain they went missing after housekeeping serviced the room.
I immediately reported the theft to the night clerk, who informed me they would leave a message for the manager. The following morning, I went down personally to speak with the manager, only to learn he had not been made aware of the incident. Unfortunately, when I explained the situation, he appeared unbothered, and I was given no assurance that it would be investigated. Despite my request, I never received a follow-up call or any further communication from management regarding this theft.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and upsetting. Not only were my belongings stolen, but the lack of urgency and accountability from hotel management has left me feeling disregarded and unsafe.
