The lobby was adorned with colorful chairs along with the breakfast tables. The front desk person was very polite and cordial. It was very pleasant speaking to her. I think her name was Joy. I was very impressed.

The lady at desk was so incredibly rude to me and kept talking over me answering a question I hadn’t even asked yet. I didn’t even get to ask my question. I just hung up and canceled my trip on hotels.com. They have called me several times despite me telling them ‘do not contact me again. My trip was canceled’. Not sure what their deal is but I wouldn’t stay here because of the hassle. There are plenty of other places in Ridgeland with better service and employees.
