Embassy has always been a top-notch hotel for us, especially this stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed after we had an issue with a different hotel's booking. We arrived very late(10pm) due to checking into another hotel and finding out that the room we booked didn't accommodate as many people as it said it did. We have a family of 5 and at that hotel they did not have a couch or pull out bed available in the room, nor any rooms that could accommodate us. We were able to get a refund, but then were left without a place to stay for the night and it was already after 9pm. Luckily, Embassy wasn't far away and had open accommodations for us. They upgraded our room complimentary and made us feel extra welcome after having such an upsetting issue at the previous hotel. Our room was super clean, very comfortable, well stocked, and perfect for our family. The breakfast the next morning had many options that catered to each of my family's needs. No one left hungry and we were all very grateful for such wonderful service. I would highly recommend this Embassy to anyone. It was a blessing in disguise that our other hotel did not work out!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After what was already an extremely long and exhausting drive, 13 hours from Nebraska to Mississippi, I had booked a stay at the Embassy Hotel while traveling with four children between the ages of 5 and 11 and an aging parent. Needless to say, it was a lot for anyone. We used the digital key check in, which was absolutely wonderful and made our very late arrival so much easier. We did not arrive until approximately 2 a.m., and having access to our room without any delays was greatly appreciated. Later that morning, around 3 a.m., I went downstairs to grab two additional pillows and a blanket. In my exhaustion, I accidentally left my wallet on the counter without realizing it at the time. The hotel attempted to call me, but I was in a deep sleep and did not hear the phone. The next morning, I was informed that my wallet had been found and secured. The manager, Adrienne, was truly a godsend. Every single item was still inside, including my identification, medical insurance cards, and all credit cards. I cannot even begin to imagine the stress and hardship I would have faced had this not been handled with such honesty and care. Our family was traveling during the holidays and under very emotional circumstances, as we were in Mississippi for a funeral. The kindness, integrity, and compassion shown by Adrienne restored my faith in humanity. It was a reminder that there are still genuinely good people in this world who look out for others, especially when they may be going through difficult times. I am forever grateful to Adrienne and the Embassy Hotel staff. That single experience alone has made me a customer for life.

Front desk staff was so amazing. Able to accommodate me early. Kept checking in via text. Made me a diamond snack bag with lots of goodies. The onsite restaurant food was delicious. Restaurant staff amazing. Location across the street from a really nice shopping center. Also just as important my room was very clean. The hotel itself super nice.

The 2 lady's working the front desk were very nice and helpful. They both made me feel welcome and did an amazing job. The room was clean and ready to go. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. They have great TVs with many options to watch and you can even sign into your streaming apps if you have any. The breakfast was good with many selections and even an omelet bar where you can have an omelet made. The hotel was quite expensive, however that's to be expected when getting a hotel last minute plus they were busy so I can't speak for the prices if you were to book in advance. If I ever come back through Jackson I would chose to stop here for my stay as they have clean rooms and friendly staff.
