The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. My only critique concerns the temperature balance between the bedroom and the adjoining common area. While the thermostat was set to 66°F, the bedroom consistently felt noticeably warmer than the living space, which maintained the expected temperature. We slept on the couch the last night because it was so warm. Aside from that minor issue, the stay was outstanding in every respect.

- LSLaura ShuteOct 8, 20253.0Overall this place is great. Clean, beautiful and the staff was friendly. A couple of things though. The pool is open till 11. We went to swim around 8 or 9 pm and there were zero pool towels where earlier in the day there were tons. We asked the front desk for towels and were given two hand towels. I mean come on, not even a bath towel? Two, we asked for the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower to be refilled and it was not done the next day as promised. One morning our room was forgotten as far as housekeeping. When we called, they came and freshened things up immediately so that correction was appreciated.
