  We were pleased with our stay. Family of 5 in a 2 queen bed suite. Our room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t hear noise from other rooms or outside. The breakfast options were vast and delicious! The staff was helpful and friendly. We will definitely keep this on a list of places to stay on our way to/from visiting family. The area was well lit and felt very safe.

  Its a nice place to stay and it was quiet and the room was beautiful in its decor. I liked the divider curtain for privacy. Staff were professional and courteous. It was a great nice stay there in Pearl Mississippi.

  wore out beds, no luggage carts, no pillows, microfiber sheets, little to no help from staff, door for room 504 was broken. You can get a better stay at motel 6. Poorly managed hotel not up to Hilton standards! If you are disabled or have an injury go somewhere else. There’s no help from staff and no luggage carts.

  DO NOT STAY HERE. HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING SERVICE. I only stayed at this hotel to complete my nights and retain my Diamond status and I deeply regret it. The “cleaning” service is a joke. All they do is leave dingy towels (some smelled like grease) and take the old ones. They never made the bed once during my 10-day stay. The bowls were stored upside down in the cabinets, which made them look clean, but when I flipped them over, every single one was dirty. The fridge was dirty. The microwave was dirty. They only had coffee available 3 out of the 10 mornings. Every other day I had to stand around waiting for them to refill it. Breakfast was extremely mediocre. I let all of this slide because the location was convenient for the job I was doing in Byram, MS. But what completely pushed me over the edge was their complete lack of empathy during a true emergency. I had to leave one day earlier because my dog suffered a serious accident. He has dementia, and his legs gave out. He fell, couldn’t get up, and injured himself badly. There was blood all over his legs and face, and I had to leave work early, change my flight, and get home to him urgently. I had to take 3 flights to get to Wisconsin. In the chaos, I forgot to check out at 5:30 a.m. when I left for the airport. When I remembered, I was already on my second flight. I called the hotel immediately and explained the situation. I called at 12:38 p.m., which is not unreasonable, especially for a Diamond member who qualifies for late checkout. They didn’t care at all. No empathy. No flexibility. Nothing. Instead, they charged me for that last night without hesitation, even after everything, including the fact that I’ve stayed here before and have always had to deal with horrible service. I stay with Hilton more than 50 nights per year and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. If you are a Hilton Honors member, or even if you are not, stay far away from this property. I will also be telling all 300+ of my coworkers at Krones not to stay here. Absolutely unacceptable.
