I changed rooms 3 times before getting a 4th room with a bed that had a clean mattress. I’ve attached pictures of each room/ mattress. Arriving at the hotel about 5:15pm. I walked into room # 209 the bench that holds the luggage was filthy dirty and had a dead bug on it. Which made me check the mattress.  It had blood and pee on the mattress. I took pictures and showed them to lady at the front desk. Also, I airdropped it to her so she could show her manager. She gave me another room # 310. That room's mattress was also stained. I went back downstairs. On the way down, I called the company I work for. They put me on hold. While holding I told lady at front desk and sent her those pictures also. She called her manager who wasn’t there to let them know. My employer came back to line informed me they are contacting department that scheduling hotels to have my hotel changed. While still talking to my employer, the front desk person informed me that another employee at the hotel found a room that has a mattress that is not as bad and asked that I meet her at room #207. When I walked in, there was a bid urine spot on the matttress. She stated it is not as bad as the others, and she can double pad the mattress with sheets and padding. I informed her no thank you, it’s doesn’t have blood like the other two but there are huge urine stains. I went back downstairs. While trying to get my ride situated to go to the next hotel. The front desk person for Hilton called their shuttle driver, who was at the airport, to come get me and take me over to the other hotel. This was very kind of her. By 7:25pm, my coworker that was staying at hotel also, asked if we could look at the bed that one of our coworkers was supposed to stay in since he did not come to the hotel. By this time the shuttle driver arrived and volunteered to go look at the mattress. He and front desk lady went up to look at the mattress. They came back and said the mattress was brand new. The shuttle driver, 2 of my coworker & myself all went to room to check the mattress and it was good with no stains. Almost 3 1/2 hours later I decided to stay, I was exhausted from working since 5am and had to be up at 2:30am the next morning to catch the shuttle to go to the airport. I’m not sure why cleaning people would not report those other 3 mattresses to upper management when they change out the sheet. Or maybe they did and nothing is being done about.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION. BUYER BEWARE!!!! THEY STEAL MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT. I WAS THERE FOR A FUNERAL AND DECIDED TO STAY AT A SAFER LOCATION, THEY DECIDED TO KEEP MY MONEY AFTER I CANCELLED A RESERVATION. CALLED THE MANAGEMENT AND NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL. THE HILTON MEMBERSHIP OFFICE ACCOMPANIED ME ON A CALL AND AFTER THEY WERE RUDE TO HER, SHE ADVISED ME TO CALL MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION BECAUSE OF THEIR DEFIANCE. SHAME ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I WILL ALSO REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Room was in bad shape, room over looked the interstate, window shade broke at night so interstate lights shining thru, shower leaked, 2 room lights didn’t work, hallways smell like old mildew , not impressed with building a all, staff was nice especially the folks who did breakfast , they were really great, front desk people ….. not so much, 2 were too busy talking on their phone to assist me standing at front desk. I’ll spend my money at Marriott next, Won’t stay here again

Rooms had hair from the cleaners or last guest. The service and hospitality staff were almost nonexistent. No one is usually at the front desk. The location was horrible. My room window was about 40 ft from a major interstate.
