- SHSeth HoltDec 17, 20251.0Staff is very rude. Smell of weed everywhere. Rooms have been smoked in very recently. They were very rude and angry that I sake for a different room. I booked a room with two queen beds and all they have is a single queen with a pull out couch. Not happy with this place.

The room was dated, curtain torn, carpet fraying at edges, microwave emitted burnt plastic smell when used, breakfast uninspiring, face towels like wet cardboard, room not cleaned for the entire weekend, desk splinter possibilities and service with an attitude. Don’t know how this hotel is operating under the Hampton Brand name but “NEVER AGAIN”. Hampton Inn is out of the rotation. SMH.

We were able to move rooms. 308 was better but the outlets were so loose and the USB outlets didn't work. So I had to charge my phone in the restroom. Breakfast was fine. When the toilet clogged I was given a plunger that was broken. Many of the lights didn't work. I informed the desk and they said they were going to tell maintenance.

Furniture was broken. I got a splinter from the nightstand. The front desk said they have another room, not the same, but a lateral move. I am worried it will be disaster part two.
