The beds are hard and uncomfortable to me Edit: I received a text Maddie asking about my stay. I explained her my bed was hard to me and the ac was out. I didn’t report it because I didn’t want to change rooms and I used my fan and was hoping the temp would go down. She immediately had someone come out and they changed the unit. I changed my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars.

But let me tell you about the service. 10 hour drive, not the best experience stopping at the I-10 Subway, and Malcom greets me as I enter the Hilton, as pleasant as can be. He explains all the amenities for food and bar, quickly processes my key and says to let him know if he can help with anything else. Clearly, I was not an inconvenience. This young man has what it takes for front-facing hospitality. Then I enter my room and there is a hand written note from Tiffany, the housekeeper, welcoming me. It was a perfect ending to a very long day. You guys keep up the great work.
