Reported this when the hotel texted me to ask how my stay was going and also to the guy at the front desk the day we were checking out. He explained it was a supply and demand issue and normalized not having hot water. The local hotel is refusing to compensate for the inconvenience and the local manager wouldn't even give me a call when I reported the issue to corporate. Long time Diamond Club member - fully expect more from Hilton. Any other location would have compensated me for the inconvenience (particularly considering I paid 10x what the hotel should have been charging). Breakfast was also subpar/inedible. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

From the moment I arrived, the staff, led by Mario, handled a complicated reservation during a busy weekend with incredible professionalism and grace. Mario and his team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. Every interaction was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and that made all the difference. Compared to other Hilton properties I've visited, this one truly stands out for its exceptional service and hospitality. I highly recommend Home2 Suites Oxford to anyone looking for a top tier hotel experience. I’ll absolutely be returning.

There is only 1 way in and 1 way out...lol location was a Afterthought it feels. But! The staff. The Hotel were all very nice
