    Seemed clean enough. If you just want a place to sleep, this place good for that. A lot of stuff broken. The tv had lines in the screen, a few tiles in the floor broken. There is mold along the ceiling in the bathroom probably because there’s no ventilation fan. Looks like there’s a vent but it doesn’t work. I was in a room for the deaf or blind and the door bell to notify the deaf or blind did not give any visual indication in the room that the door bell was going off. Breakfast was also lame because of broken stuff. There was a conveyor belt toaster was not rotating or even if it did it didn’t seem hot enough to toast. The yogurt dispenser was not dispensing properly. It wasn’t empty because the empty light was not on.

    My mom and I had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites in Olive Branch, MS. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt well cared for. I especially want to recognize Jabbar for his exceptional service. We arrived late for breakfast, and he was incredibly kind and professional, making sure we still had everything we needed and never making us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. His attentiveness and friendly attitude truly made our morning and left a lasting impression. Because of the cleanliness, comfort, and the outstanding customer service, we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!

    The worst experience that I have ever had with a hotel and the staff. Upon arrival the lobby was dirty. We checked in and headed to our room to find BEDBUGS. We immediately took a picture and grab our things. Beyond finding the BEDBUGS we noticed that the room was absolutely filthy. My wife noticed what looked to be blood on one of the walls. After speaking with the general manager I was offered Hilton honor points and a refund. After speaking with the general manager 3 days after the incident I was declined the points that were offered due to the pest inspection leading to “no evidence”. I have photo evidence of the bedbug that was found. I expect something to be done about this. The general manager never responded to any of my emails. Absolutely unacceptable to treat guest this way. Room 128…. Btw.

    Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. Worst hotel experience. First room they issued us wasn’t clean . Front guest host literally had to take his badge with us following him and scan rooms to see if they were clean so he could place us in two. This was at 8pm at night. The hotel front staff was friendly but hotel is disgusting. Nasty and smells like cigarette smoke all through it . BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL !
