- TWTiff The WillDec 7, 20251.0I went here for a one night stay! The system was down! I tried to sign myself into my room to bypass the front desk but again, the system was down! There were managers at the desk and alll of them were rude! They changed my room and didn’t tell me why, and when asked to change to the room I choose the manager seemed extremely agitated! After I did my survey, no one contacted me or no compensation still to this day has been made to make it right per Hilton standard! My room was ok for the exception of the not so clean smell

The front desk employees were polite, however when checking in, the employee said my room number out loud in front of others not in my group. The hotel smelled like cleaning solution, however things were missed. My shower was extremely dirty, and a used plastic bag was hanging in the shower along with hair throughout. I mentioned this to the front desk who said housekeeping would take care of it. I returned that night for the shower to be clean, but the bag was still hanging in the shower from the previous guest. I advised the front desk again and the cycle repeated. I eventually just threw the bag out and wiped the shower down myself. The room was comfortable, but if you’re facing the highway, you’ll hear truck traffic all night long. It appears that there are lots of small issues here from mold in the rooms/bathrooms to restaurant grill fan not working causing smoke to pour out into the bar/lobby area. Again, not the best worst stay I’ve had, but definately one that makes me not stay here again when I’m in the area.
