Overall, not completely a bad stay, but things need improvement. The front desk employees were polite, however when checking in, the employee said my room number out loud in front of others not in my group. The hotel smelled like cleaning solution, however things were missed. My shower was extremely dirty, and a used plastic bag was hanging in the shower along with hair throughout. I mentioned this to the front desk who said housekeeping would take care of it. I returned that night for the shower to be clean, but the bag was still hanging in the shower from the previous guest. I advised the front desk again and the cycle repeated. I eventually just threw the bag out and wiped the shower down myself. The room was comfortable, but if you’re facing the highway, you’ll hear truck traffic all night long. It appears that there are lots of small issues here from mold in the rooms/bathrooms to restaurant grill fan not working causing smoke to pour out into the bar/lobby area. Again, not the best worst stay I’ve had, but definately one that makes me not stay here again when I’m in the area.

I checked in using Hilton Honors app and requested the electronic key for the room. The electronic key works very well.

Great option for east Memphis soccer tournaments. Clean facilities. Smiling faces. No smart functions for Netflix on TVs if that matters to you. Open HDMI ports are available. Breakfast available at additional cost.

Deonca took great care of us from the moment we walked in the door to when we left 4 days later. I enjoyed the pool. I appreciated the Bible in the room. The breakfast was great. Thank you from this road warrior 😎

Came here to stand for about 10 minutes and chatted with the desk clerk about TMNT. What they don't know is that I'm a ghost inhabiting the walls now. The sitting area is pleasant and offers plenty of sunshine during the day and scary haunted windows at night. The rooms have lots of furniture that I like to rearrange into hexagonal patterns. This aligns the Zen mastery of the space/time continuum in order for me to travel between rooms. The towels are fluffy yet dance with excitement like a partner well-accomplished in the art of ballet. Also good for using as a blanket in the tub when it's naptime. The beds are made of heaven's feathers and provide a sleep so well-rested, you'll awaken thinking you've arrived to Elysium, but not like that Matt Damon movie. Breakfast brings an assortment of noms. Eggs. Bacon. Baked beans. Hashed browns. If you ask Patricia, she'll bring you the big breakfast. 13/10, would haunt for 5 times the number strings of pi.
