We were pulling a large trailer and their parking lot was so small no turn around at all. Usually, the parking lot goes around the building. Not this one. Rooms no back up toilet paper, We had to use our paper towels that was in our truck. No tissues, box was empty, Their new shower gel was so low we ran out. TV screen hand prints everywhere. We could hear every foot step outside and our neighbors flush the toilets and shower. The room had an old musty smell with a dirty carpet. Their store had very little to buy for drinks or snacks. They don’t want cash. Lady at service desk was not friendly. Beds were comfortable and clean. I don’t recommend this Hampton.

Old and icky. Rooms are large, but it really needs a complete remodel. Not cleaned well, thick dust on old bathroom shelves. Broken pieces off of the furniture. Bed was saggy. Pillows were lumpy. The bathroom faucet barely worked, instead of moving side to side to change the temperature it was stuck and you had to hit it in the direction of hot or cold making it very difficult to get anything but the two extremes. Wallpaper peeling off. Not a fan of the "if you need more towels bring the dirty ones down to swap" policy. The drink and snack pantry in the lobby was pitiful, lots of bare shelves and only a couple drinks to choose from. Breakfast was good. But I'll try another hotel next time I'm in the area.

We had a bad experience. Not to the hotels fault but the washing machine broke . Sheets had to be taken to a local laundry mat. Not our problem but yet we understood that our room was not ready at 4:00pm. No problem we will watch Sunday football in the breakfast area while we wait. Oooopppps the TV only has the weather channel. Now our room is ready. Ice machine doesn’t work on our floor. Mold in our bathtub caulking. All that would have to be done is replace the caulking with new. The breakfast area had the yogurt in a bowl with no ice. It was cool at best. No visible breakfast attendant. All the entrees were empty which left our choice to cereal and toast.

The lady at the front desk was smacking her gum so hard with the look of why are you even here toward us, the entire time she was checking us in she glared and simply looked disgusted. I just told myself well, she’s having a bad day.. then to the room.. we were so exhausted from being on the road with our family of four, we came straight in and got ready for bed.. within a few hours we realized how squeaky the door was to the bathroom 😭 which woke everyone up if anyone used the bathroom, the room wasn’t sound proof at all( I’ve never been in a hotel this loud) and my last Karen comment is that the towels were so crunchy and hard.. I would not stay here again
