That is unacceptable and shows poor customer care. I requested a fridge, but I was told the maintenance person is off today and there is nothing they can do. This is seriously the biggest disappointment I’ve experienced at this place.

Both light bulbs were missing from the desk lamp. Bathroom sink design is extremely inconsiderate of persons 5’6” and under. If Hampton is going to claim to be competitive with Fairfield/Courtyard you should at least have a fridge in every room. Otherwise this location should be rebranded as a budget hotel. Shower: hard mounted soap/shampoo dispensers are in a very poor location. Can’t help but to bump into them with shoulder while trying to get under the water. Positives: room was clean, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, and tv/lineup/guide were nice.
